Hosts are all friendly and accommodating. Because of the pandemic, we did not able to experience their breakfast buffet which is suppose to be included. Instead they just gave us a muffin, juice, and apple in the brown bag. Hopefully they should have some sort of discount on their rate because of not full service for breakfast.

The room was comfortable. The service was not good.

Very good location and staff. Well kept and a really good breakfast

The hotel could be really nice. There is not enough attention to keeping the hallways, breakfast room and common areas really clean. Our room, had a coffee maker that only used special packets that I have never seen before and could only brew 2 cups of coffee at a time. There should be an option to get a bigger coffee maker from housekeeping. I had to call maintenance to fix the kitchenette sink faucet which still was loose after the guy left. I asked housekeeping twice to replace the light under the microwave and finally gave up. The outside card key door from the Parking Lot only worked sometimes at night and it looked like the camera wires had been cut so that it looked like it was not working, did not feel safe. The morning breakfast was some form of scrambled eggs every day, not much variety with the eggs. Lots of other choices; bread, muffins, bagels, pastry, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt and make your own waffles. Coffee and Tea. This is not an inexpensive place to stay but for the money I thought the facilities were only Ok. The staff was very nice and willing to help, but when you have to ask for paper products after housekeeping have been in, there is not much attention to detail. I would look for other less expensive options before staying here again

So you see these wonderful pictures in the elevator of breakfast, egg-cellent breakfast. They have a slotted time for breakfast, which is acceptable everywhere. Sunday morning, very busy, though breakfast isn't over until 10am, they quit refilling most of it shortly after 9:30am, by 9:45 am it is empty, people are showing up and asking the hotel staff if they are going to replenish? The answer, "no." I was surprised. At least 10 people standing around with only cold cereal to eat. So day one of the weekend, no eggs, just cold hard boiled with hot sausage and bacon. Really? I ask, what is the salsa and cheese for if you have no eggs to put it on? Day two you have to stand waiting for a cheese omlet and if you aren't there early you get none. I think they should have planned out breakfast better. Weekends are busy, plan for the crowd you have booked.

Nice two bedroom suite. Needed to house 5 adults and one kid over 16. It was a little tight. I was expecting a second bedroom with one bedroom with a king and another with two queen beds. It was one and one and a hide-a-bed.

Pool is not available. Room & Bath tub are not clean. Noticed bugs lime spiders.
