At check in we were told the pool is closed and that because I used Orbitz I don’t get my Hilton Honors points.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this property many times and will always choose Hampton Inn North Aurora again in the future! Great stay!!
Property was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent!
We had a very comfortable stay over the 4th holiday. It was clean and felt very new. The staff were very hospitable. The kids loved the pool. We would stay here again.

Lovely and clean, with a great pool (including a cool play zone for kids). Didn't use the gym but it looked nice.

The facility is older and showing some wear and tear. There was some room construction going on, and the workmen would stand outside the rear exit (our exit) smoking and leaning against the building. An alternative might be to having them smoke farther away from the building. A downward adjustment to the very high rates might have been expected during the makeover, but such was not the case.
