Nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall was very pleased.

Room was very small, not enough light in bathroom

Upon arrival maintenence had to come fix toilet that was stopped up. King room had no microwave or refrigerator. Website booked from listed free breakfast. Could not stay in hot tub due to chlorine level. No towels for pool guests.

This hotel is close to lots of places to go and places to eat. The staff is really nice and very accommodating. I brought my small dog and didn't have any issues and felt very at home.

We went to Augusta for a Boyz II Men concert just my husband and I. What a great centrally located place. All the people were great. We will be back.

I requested the double room but was notified upon check-in that I would have a king room. When I spoke with the staff they were extremely accommodating and changed my room immediately. Everything was nice and clean.

Worth the price paid. Would Stay again if in Augusta.

This was a spare of a moment discussion and I'm glad we chose this hotel. We will be going back.

At the time we went, Augusta was experiencing 4 days of power outage due to the storm. The hotel was booked to full capacity because of local people with out power. We made our reservations over a week in advance. When we arrived at 12:00pm, we were informed that check in was not until 3:00. We said we would return around 5:00 and hoped to have room ready at that time. Upon return to hotel at 5:30, the room was still not ready and other people were being given rooms. We had to complain in order to get a room at 6:35pm. This was a very poor experience since we respected the "natural disaster" and tried to work with staff, but seeing other people get their rooms prior to us gave us a terrible experience at this hotel. Had we not complained, we would probably had to wait many more hours just to check in. We were very displeased with this service. We also had in room dining. Your food is terrible and expensive. The caesar salad was wilted, old and doused in dressing! The food was terrible for what you are charging, I would think that you would take more effort and pride in better quality food.

Nice hotel with a good exercise room. Close to a mall, too.

Very pleasant front desk staff; great location; wish there was waters in the drink machines or a refrigerator in the room for the price. All in all though a very clean and friendly hotel.

nice bar and friendly professional staff great location.

Clean with helpful staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, restaurant with room service and a large table in the entry room to play chess at. Good value - would recommend.

Very short visit in Augusta but was impressed by the quality of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Will recommend it to others and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while PCSing out of Fort Gordon. It was a very relaxing place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great pricing and very clean as well.

should have all inclused breackfast

The hotel staff were very pleasant and professional. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool and the exercise room were both very nice. The food was too expensive, so we dined in other places. We were traveling with our pet, so we were charged an additional $50 for the duration of our stay, which we expected. It is tough to find pet friendly hotels in this area.

Great big rooms, brand new and really clean. They had me down for a single king room when i wanted a double queen, they took care of it right away without a problem.

The hotel room was impeccably clean. Guest services was very helpful and courteous. As a single women traveler, it was clean and I felt very safe. The bed was comfortable. All in all, I enjoyed my experience the hotel. The room did not have a bathtub but that was not really an issue in my opinion. The bathroom and bedroom were well stocked and had wonderful amenities. I did not get a chance to enjoy a meal or have swim but the lobby and surrounding areas was friendly and inviting.
