Easy check in and check out. Clean and super comfy bed

Room needed some more cleaning really the bathroom.

Lovely hotel, night and morning staff were lovely but would not pay the extra money to have breakfast included. Waited to be seated, no one showed up. Finally asked the front desk, who asked us to have a seat and told us server would be with us. Nope.... someone finally wandered out to put menus down after her calling the (empty) bar didn't bring anyone up. He was definitely not a server but nice enough. After about 10 more minutes of waiting with no one, we just left. Worth losing out on the $20 for eggs and toast to go somewhere else and be served. Really lovely stay, just not worth the extra I paid for a service I wouldn't have trusted had it ever been offered.

The beds were urine stained The sheets have not been change for us to go in the room I know there was a hurricane in flux but they took large advantage of it tripled the room price the top sheet and comforter was so urine stained week threw it in the closet a more grossed out the toilet was backed up had to call somebody did come to unclog it and it wasn't from us staff very unfriendly and extra charges for everything a bottle of water 4 dollars no breakfast Included had to pay extra just because there was a hurricane I guess but anyway the bed in the room filthy and none of it was good

Nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Overall was very pleased.

Room was very small, not enough light in bathroom

Upon arrival maintenence had to come fix toilet that was stopped up. King room had no microwave or refrigerator. Website booked from listed free breakfast. Could not stay in hot tub due to chlorine level. No towels for pool guests.

This hotel is close to lots of places to go and places to eat. The staff is really nice and very accommodating. I brought my small dog and didn't have any issues and felt very at home.

We went to Augusta for a Boyz II Men concert just my husband and I. What a great centrally located place. All the people were great. We will be back.

I requested the double room but was notified upon check-in that I would have a king room. When I spoke with the staff they were extremely accommodating and changed my room immediately. Everything was nice and clean.

Worth the price paid. Would Stay again if in Augusta.

This was a spare of a moment discussion and I'm glad we chose this hotel. We will be going back.

At the time we went, Augusta was experiencing 4 days of power outage due to the storm. The hotel was booked to full capacity because of local people with out power. We made our reservations over a week in advance. When we arrived at 12:00pm, we were informed that check in was not until 3:00. We said we would return around 5:00 and hoped to have room ready at that time. Upon return to hotel at 5:30, the room was still not ready and other people were being given rooms. We had to complain in order to get a room at 6:35pm. This was a very poor experience since we respected the "natural disaster" and tried to work with staff, but seeing other people get their rooms prior to us gave us a terrible experience at this hotel. Had we not complained, we would probably had to wait many more hours just to check in. We were very displeased with this service. We also had in room dining. Your food is terrible and expensive. The caesar salad was wilted, old and doused in dressing! The food was terrible for what you are charging, I would think that you would take more effort and pride in better quality food.

Nice hotel with a good exercise room. Close to a mall, too.

Very pleasant front desk staff; great location; wish there was waters in the drink machines or a refrigerator in the room for the price. All in all though a very clean and friendly hotel.

nice bar and friendly professional staff great location.

Clean with helpful staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, restaurant with room service and a large table in the entry room to play chess at. Good value - would recommend.
