Stayed there a few days for a wedding. This place is quiet and well maintained. It is very clean and very comfortable beds. I would definitely come back again.

I,m not sure what numbers to rate this hotel......... Only problem i had was with the manager..... I put the remains of a sandwich bag on the counter the next mourning there were ants ......this happened twice... No big deal that happens to everybody.......I ask manager to spray room.... The manager confronted me twice ...He or his bug man did not see any ants any where He did not believe me......Manager seem to have a chip on his shoulder All manager had to do was to tell me ok sir we sprayed your room twice let me know if you have anymore problems...........Everything else was ok with hotel

Front desk staff were unfriendly and not knowledgeable. Our shower was broken, the hot water regulator was faulty, the toilet had to be fixed twice, and coffee in the lobby was cold. The cancellation policy is ridiculous. The rooms were tired, dreary and uninviting Never again will we stay at another Hawthorne Suites.

The first room we were placed in was filthy. It had stains in the sheets and the pillows were dingy. The pullout in which my kids were supposed to sleep were dirty and had crumbs. The fire alarm beeped every two minutes. After telling the front desk I was given a battery to change it myself. After further evaluation of the room we couldn’t take it and decided to switch rooms. The other was slightly better besides the bathtub and pullout was still dirty. My kid said it looked like vomit was on the extra blanket for the pullout. Good thing we brought our own. I do not recommend, spend more and sleep comfortably somewhere else.

Everything was fine with one exception. No HOT WATER!. I had been traveling all day... problems with flights, problems with rental cars etc... all supposedly set up says before. Due to above and running late for every appointment U Ended Up With A TERRIBLE migraine. The one thing I was Holding Out For Was Very hot soak or shower to help me relax. The water at best was room temperature. Don't try to tell me this was because of the time of day. It was the same AM and PM and in talking to another customer she said it had been the same both says for her. This one thing has made me decide to NEVER use Hawthorne Suites again. The one commodity that we as citizens in the USA should be able to get all the time is WATER. If a hotel cannot even get that right something is drastically wrong!

the place does live up to its advertisement its borderline

This hotel has great rates for all that is offered! I felt comfortable leaving my spouse there while I went to work.

No complaints, room was clean, room was spacious, quiet, location is good.

Good one to stay, compared to other hotels around.

dirty rooms
