I booked a two bed hotel room and when I got there they gave me a king room. I went back to the front desk and they tried to blame the change on Expedia but found out later it was done in house. They did finally give me the room I wanted but it was with attitude and reluctance from the front desk staff. The room was not up to standard for a Comfort Inn and Suites. The thermostat was broke and the floor was wet and stayed wet the entire stay. Will not stay here again.

Bed comfortable. Clean room. Needs updated. Certain things make look dirty. Because older and cant come clean anymore. Carpet , walls , baseboards. Etc. But pleasant comfortable stay.

There was stool on and under the toilet seat and it had obviously not been cleaned between guests. Furnishings old broken and mismatched. Bed worn out. Carpet dirty.

Place needs a major overhaul. Breakfast was not that great or fresh. The beds are well worn out. The furniture is beat. If you need a quick night stay thats about all its good for.

The room.303 very dated ... dirty, microwave and area around it, a/c unit falling apart... bathroom had hair on the floor vounter and in tube....plow dryer way dirty with smashed bug on i...corners of the floor buy tub very diry.... i was not happy... i slept in cloths for 3hr and checked out

Room got canceled for no reason.

We arrived to check in and found out our reservation had been canceled. Called my 3rd party and they had nothing in there system about my reservation being canceled. Luckily the front desk attendant was amazing trying to get this issue taken care of. She had 2 suites that came available and she gave us one of them. We went to the room and the bed was broken. So we moved to the other suite she had available. The bed was better but the carpet was torn and stained there was water stains on the ceiling. We were very displeased with everything. Expect for the young lady at the front desk she was amazing. Will not stay there again.
