Custom built home on Hole 1 fairway- original owner. Delightful golf community with: street lights, park area, sidewalks, and scenic walking trails. Short walk to pool, driving range, clubhouse/dining with outdoor fireplace overlooking the lake and putting green. Daily fee gymnasium & fitness facility at Patriots Park Recreation Center- 3 min drive.

Owner’s Suite has private balcony, garden tub, walk-in closet, and Tuscan Tile Shower. All 3 bedrooms upstairs have private baths, and the 2 bedrooms on the lower level share a full bath.

Watch Golf Channel Live on the Hi-Res 55” LED in the great room- comfort seating for 8 includes a loveseat, recliner, full sofa, plus a power motion double-recliner loveseat with USB ports. Backyard deck with Coleman gas grill and beverage cooler for relaxing after a day at the course. This spacious entertainment area seats 12 with a glass/slate high top, wrought iron table and chaise lounges. Dine outdoors under the nicely shaded canopy of old growth hardwoods and pines.
