Nice and Clean!!

Clean and quiet. Breakfast not included which was a bomber. Pool closed abruptly. But I’ll definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed and quiet place to stay Convenient laundry room, washed the bedding by ourselves until service came…It was relaxing actually to have freshly washed linens and make your own bed. Feels like home in a way. Very nice and accommodating, been a loyal Sonesta customer for years.

I liked the location. It was central to where I needed to be. The room was clean and quite. The staff vry accommodting. However, I didn't like that there wasnt a microwave in the room or that I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room.

The Burger Joint attached was great for us. We ate there both nights and watched multiple games on the TVs at the bar. There was large amount of mildew in the bathroom of our room that was located on the ceiling

It’s baffling that I pay for a FULL DAY at a hotel and not allowed to check in until AFTER 4pm. My son arrived 2 hrs early, no fault of his own, and he was made to WAIT in order to check in. This hotel is located near the airport and business travel stays and to FORCE a paying guest to wait until 4 pm when the hotel was NOT anywhere near capacity, was nothing more than a bully move by the front desk staff. Some staff were EXTREMELY RUDE and it’s understandable that the hotel is on an undesirable area but paying guest should NOT be treated as undesirable. It was completely unacceptable and I will NEVER book and will discourage any of my friends to stay at this or any other of these hotels.
