We stayed 6 days and were very happy and satisfied with the room, staff and location! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

At checkin I was told they don’t allow locals. What were you insinuating? I made my reservation a month ago and I live over 150 miles away. Do you have a problem with prostitution at this location? He checked my phone number and address to be sure I wasn’t a local resident. I felt uneasy and insulted.

breakfast was a joke, heater didn't work, extra towel request was ignored.

The lady at the front when i check it. Was wonderfull. Service was good. But there need to be some fixes on the rooms. We had some critters inside the room. I had to get rit of them. Also tv was not working. Wall paper is coming down. Tub was getting clog when we took showers.

Good: Convenient to I-26. Bad: Everything else. Needed an inexpensive place to stay on short notice, near Asheville. I guess you get what you pay for. Facility in need of a MAJOR overhaul. Without getting in to too much negative detail, I think you might want to consider another facility.

The room was very big and spacious; however, the entire facility had a dirty feeling. The carpet in the room appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months, the back of the bathroom door was torn all to pieces from something, and the side entrance door to the hotel (located right next to our hotel door) did not have a lock on it. Anyone could have walked right up into the hotel, whether they were staying at the hotel or not. It felt very unsafe and the door didn’t even close all the way, either. After our stay, while checking my credit card statement, the hotel charged us an additional $60. When I called to question this charge, the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She explained to me that I ruined the hotel towels (we were in the area for the Spartan race); however, she couldn’t even tell me how many towels I ruined or what was even wrong with them. She also said that all of the “Spartan guests” in the hotel were charged for ruining towels. After I questioned her about this, she became irate and ended up hanging up on me. I ended up calling corporate and filing a complaint about these issues and it is pending a resolution.

I would prefer the breakfast not be served on styrofoam plates which are terrible for the environment

Well maintained and great location. Good price for what is offered.

The property is a little dated and breakfast was pretty basic, but the room was clean. We really appreciate that they allow pets.

This place is infested with ants and bugs. I reported this matter and the Front Desk said, "Oh, we just had Terminx to come. They are just running." I also reported the matter to Corporate. They did not acknowledge my concerns. The carpet was stinky and sticky. The breakfast is not what you think either. Your best bet is to book across the street at the Hampton Inn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I want my money back.

The room was decent but the lady at the front desk fought with me and tried to charge me for 2 rooms. Come to find out she got my room number incorrect. She was completely rude and nasty. I asked for someone else to speak with an her response was “youre lookin at them”. Will NEVER come back

I recognize this is an older property . I felt the property is showing it’s , the continental breakfast was not great . I say this because I felt the accommodations should have been nicer for what I paid .

Have stayed several times. Decent basic hotel; no real issues. Room 220, bathroom door wouldn't lock and the toilet tended to run on.

Front desk person was extremely rude and condescending. Our room had a handicap shower that was the worst arrangement I had ever seen, and never provided hot water, plus made a horrible noise. When we tried to leave 1 day early they refused to refund our money even though we checked out at 10 am. Lobby furniture was old and filthy.

Great price, clean facility. The staff is helpful. Breakfast was good.

Our room was newly renovated. Very pretty but not very convenient... only one office chair for seating, closet hard to access behind desk, air blowing right at bed. Spacious bath was nice.

Comfortable beds, clean and friendly staff. Directv in rooms, good wifi.

Nice comfortable king bed and pillows. Musty smell in room. Register vents caked with grey brown dust, which staff replaced. Fitness had working bike-the filtered water container was empty. Close to downtown Hendersonville.
