The staff was exceptional!

The property was very clean, just very dated. Bed was not great. There is construction going on on the front and back of the hotel. Was woken up by a steam roller around 6:30 am.

A/C needs an update was making noise and it was dirty.

Rooms were comfortable and the facility and area were very good for traveling with a pet!

The staff checking us in were wonderful. They were helpful, cheerful, and even helped find our directions to the event we were attending. The room was quite small. The bathroom was ok, but not as great as we expect from a Hampton. It was ok for an overnight. Could not have stayed longer.

Staff was great and I'd definitely stay here again if im in the area.

Very clean and neat building. They have a solid breakfast offering that was filling and good for both adults and kids. I had a couple minor requests, one reasonable and one less so, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. We used the hotel as a meeting place for a family get together, several of us staying here, meeting my aunt and uncle locally, and it was a great place for the purpose, with the great breakfast for a meeting point. Thanks!

The hotel was very quite, and clean. The front desk clerks were less that desirable and curt.

There were hairs in the bathroom, from the poor job of the cleaning staff. The road noise outside is excessive, we could barely sleep. Customer service was amazing, check in and out was a breeze, and their breakfast was very good when compared to other hotel breakfasts.

They gave our standard room to someone else. I had called ahead and specifically asked for a room with a tub and not to be on the first floor. When we got there, we were given a handicap room on the 1st floor, with a shower. The shower was so messed up, it flooded the whole bathroom. We also had to deal with ppl talking right outside our room the whole time.

The location was extremely convenient for our needs, and it was quiet for the most part. There were a few downfalls with regard to how much we paid for two nights such as the elevato doorr sticking and slight inconveniences like the drink machine not working on our floor. For the most part, it was safe and clean and quite acceptable.
