I appreciate the pool being open, the grills and the family style movies by the pool at night. There was an issue with the jets on the water slide so we couldn't use it until the last moments we had before check out. They were definitely worth the wait. The breakfast is kind of whatever...because of social distancing you tell the staff how many people are in the room and they hand you bags of various breakfast items. It would be nice if you could actually pick and choose what you wanted. Parking is about $22/night. This is necessary because cars are towed daily. However, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a hidden gem that's not to faraway from home (if you're a California resident). It's perfect for the kids and for a baecation.

Had a variety of pools which was cool for all my kids. Both slides they had were fun. Would plan to stay here again during the week. The weekends do get pretty busy with the pools but overall it was a great first experience.

Very clean and modern rooms. The hotel is beautiful, we came during memorial weekend and unfortunately we will have to come back to use the amenities. It was too packed and due to covid 19 we didn’t think there was enough social distancing in the pool area. Front desk was also a bit disappointing. Anytime we called for a request 9 out of ten times they never followed through with the requests. We will definitely give it another try at a later time.

The new look of this hotel is very pleasing. Staff also very friendly. We will be back.

The refrigerator and lock box were not working in the room. The movie was only outdoors, and you can tell where they cut corners to save money in building the hotel but overall a good experience . I would stay there again if I got a good rate for sure.

The place is clean and they have great customer service.

Loved everything about this hotel...we are coming back sooner than later! the staff was amazing at the front desk to accommodate our arrival.

The hotel has almost zero water pressure for showers. My room on the 2nd floor had an inoperable shower - which delivered only drops of water. They told me it was fixed the second day, and of course it was the same. They finally moved me the third day and it was sort of an "eco" shower - at least it worked, but very low water pressure.

We loved almost everything about this hotel. Here's the list my family came up with: - the breakfast was plentiful, hot, fresh, offered plenty of seating, offered many options for our 4 different palettes, and filled our bellies to get a jumpstart on our theme park days - the linens were fresh & beds were comfortable - we liked that we had 2 showers, even though we only ended up using one :-) - the pool was warm, welcoming and clean... the waterslides were fun... we loved the movies that played in the evenings! the hottub was oversized which accomodated that many people using the pool area - the hotel was a fairly close proximity to the Disneyland entrance at about a mile - while a map app told us it would take 24 minutes, we found we could walk it with our 8 year old in about 15 minutes - we loved the restaurants that were on the same propertly - on several occasions we got food there then ate poolside at the hotel - the water in the lobby was so cold and fresh - great for us to fill water bottles! - the bar offered a great assortment of beers and yummy food - and opened to the pool on nice days What we didn't like: - when the hotel had quieted down late at night, we still either had a loud clunky air conditioning unit that ratlled and came on often, or we could hear the traffic on the interstate. We could also hear the movie that was playing by the pool clearly in our hotel room.

Pluses: Great breakfast, nice pool, very comfortable rooms with great sleeping spaces and two showers! Minuses: 20-min walk from Disney, poor housekeeping. Our room was not ready at check-in, housekeeping did not get to our room before 5pm any day we were there (and thus we were back and didn't get housekeeping service at all during our stay), and our request for late checkout was denied because they didn't have sufficient staff.

Beautiful property. Close to everything. AMAZING pool and breakfast.

From the moment we arrived until we left 5 days later, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The complementary breakfast is amazing and has everything you could want to start the day off right. The bed and pillows are comfortable and it was nice to have a decently sized fridge to put our food in. We ate from the great restaurants that are nearby but if you don't want to eat out every night, the pool area (which is also very beautiful), has BBQs that you can use. We'd definitely go back to the Cambria!
