As I find Dutch customer service in general, staff here are friendly and helpful. I got a room on floor 8, and it was big and pleasant, if a bit boring and tired. The view was of a building opposite. Breakfast was good - the standard selection of cereals, hot food, and cold meats and cheese - but unfortunately staff down there didn't have the same information that reception did, and usually (but not always) asked me to authorise a 22€ charge to my room, whereas it should have shown as prepaid. The fitness room on ground floor was well equipped, but no rowing machine. Wifi worked well. The restaurant in the evening was expensive, and not particularly interesting – I did better by going online and ordering a delivery. Great location for the RAI convention centre, about half an hour tram from city centre. Maybe 15 minute walk to nearest shops and restaurants.

Pretty good hotel, I stayed for 5 night. All of the staff I interacted with were very good, friendly and helpful. The bedroom was OK although the heating / cooling was very inconsistent. Bed was comfortable with a good choice of pillows. The biggest negative was the disaster that was the queue for breakfast. Bearing in mind that I was there for 5 nights I was dealt with in 3 different ways, sign for 'unpaid' breakfast, sign for 'group' breakfast and waved through. This was after queueing, on a couple of occasions behind 15-20 people. This was made even worse if there was an IHG member in the queue because then the only person capable of signing people in would break away to make them their free coffee.

I stayed at the hotel while attending the ISE event at the RAI. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service was excellent. The hotel itself is close to the Exhibition Centre, the rooms are nice, wi-fi is fast (and free), breakfasts are great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It is not close to the city centre but it is close to a metro station which allows easy access to the centre. Heartily recommend.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. It has air conditioning which is a plus AND ICE MACHINES! I’d go back just for the ice. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was costly and the staff were indifferent. They acted like we should jus know all about their city and weren’t particularly helpful. I gave them 4 stars because of the attitude the desk staff displayed. This hotel is a long way from city center which wasn’t bad, it just required patience and a long tram ride each day. It is too far to walk to attractions for most people. I’m sure someone somewhere is saying, “She’s crazy”, but it is really far from tourist destinations. The tram stop was about 200 yards away and Tram drivers were very helpful and patient with our “touristness”.

Super clean hotel great friendly staff and nice food enjoyed our stay. Great location and in easy reach of the RAI would definately recommend. The showers were great and beds very comfy any thing we asked for was instantly provided.

Hotel is in a good location, with fantastic public transport links. 10 minutes on the sprinter train from the airport costing 4 Euros. Tram right outside the hotel, tram line for will get you in to Dam Square in 15 minutes and 24 hours pass 7.50 euros. Hotel clean and tidy service very good particularly from Randy at hotel reception. Restaurant good and room service is reasonably priced. Would defiantly stay again for a budget weekend

We visited Amsterdam last weekend and we chosen this hotel has a very good position and very accessible .. you can reach in centrum by tram 4 that passing in all central ( destinations) you must visit..after 5-6 stops by tram 5 ( from the hotel to centrum ) in Saturday we visited a market where you can find many interesting things( many sorts of cheese very cheep, food, clothes, etc ) Our room was clean but a bite could ,we received after a heater, the breakfast was nice , a lot of choices , the staff nice as well ,but I had impression for the front desk they are not enough, we waited between 15-20 min to check out .i recommend this hotel if you want to visit Amsterdam the city never sleep

Overall, the hotel is rated as average because of the lack of service from the staff, rooms were outdated and bathroom smelled. On a positive note, it is near the subway station. This property has lots of room for improvement.

I ordered on-line an executive room. It was proposed as recently renovated, incl. bottle of water, etc. At arrival room I booked was not available! How is this possible? I only could have a standard room. Also no information given at front desk! Had to ask for breakfast h ours, etc. Nada service!

Only the food in restaurant is disapointing , this is not the first time that i encounter pour food in Holliday Inn restaurants ,also in Paris, one exception was Eindhoven Holliday Inn where the restaurant is perfect and the food asw'll i do not care at the price i travel a lot for bussines, this w'll make it clear.
