My stay was decent. Only down side was that the fire alarm went off at 2am while me and my spouse were sleeping, causing us to have to stand outside (in cool weather) for 30-45 minutes. Other than that hiccup everything was great

Avoid like the plague

The hotel is laid out well. Elevator on the other side of a privacy door, full wood floors, but I’ve never seen more bugs in a hotel room in my entire life and I’ve stayed in a hotel rooms all over the world. It was a last-minute booking for a hockey tournament after deciding not to stay in an RV near the rink. Big mistake.

The hotel was dirty the room had roaches the bathroom didn’t flush I was waking up at 5 in the more and had to evacuate the room because the fire alarm was going off . Stand up outside in the cold with my children and nobody came and apologize for the inconvenience the hotel was terrible.

They had roaches. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. They never took our garbage. The coffee was old and tasted gross. Also, there are no quiet hours. There are A LOT of peopel there for work, and i understand that. But this is "supposed" to be a family place and that is the complete opposite. Very underwhelming.
