This was a last-minute New Year’s Eve option for us and our toddler. This place has supervised childcare for kids age 30 months and older, check out the casino website. We were able to dine in the casino for breakfast and dinner are very comfortably. Our daughter was able to enjoy a few hours in the kids play area. Recommend getting reservations for the steakhouse ahead of time.

Sky was wonderful. She upgraded me to the North tower absolutely beautiful! Brand new and perfect. The shops were nice. The Starbucks was pricey. I was told increase i. Price due to casino $10 for a small holiday coffee. I was very lucky at the casino. I did not have a casino card. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. $7 valet parking. Excellent every thing!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, the room was nice. The only issues we’ve had was the customer service at the food court was terrible! The place where you purchase the crapes, we stood there for 5 min as workers were clocking in and out and not one person asked if we needed help. We ended up leaving. We walked to the pizza restaurant and again, people stood around and didn’t ask if we needed anything. We finally gave up and just went off of the hotel property to eat. That was the only disappointment to the trip.

Other than having to wait 30 minutes past check-in time for our room to be ready, which was annoying and inconvenient, we had a good stay. Thankfully we didn’t miss our dinner reservation. The room was nice and clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the location is great. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again, but they need to have rooms ready once it’s check-in time.
