Original reservationw as for a king size room, but upon arrive the room was dirty with trash not taken out, bedding had not been changed, towels still on the floor. Room was switched but was given a lesser room as a double. Second room had a hole in the wall and no longer fit the purpose of my stay.

Myself and my husband stayed for over a week . Clean rooms. Great breakfast. The site Manager during work week hours was very accommodating, she took great care of our needs. Handicap access room. The negative part , we came back following weekend . The front desk was not well trained enough to help us with our situation. We booked through Expedia travel services, we were hung up on the phone with a gentleman. Last words. We when through living hell to be frank . Those people need more educational training before stepping into their positions. We left very upset . No refund that night that we didn’t even stay, but paid for the room. Very poor service. My wife in crutches and cast. Can’t move around. Very sad .

Overall stay was great. It's a cheap hotel, wasn't expecting much. However the hotel room was dirty. Shower visibly wasn't clean, hair on the curtain, shower, and bed. Overall though I got what I paid for. 50 bucks a night with breakfast. I can't complain.

The property was nice, quiet and close to shopping stores and dining facilities. The staff was welcoming and just friendly. View Inn is mostly average as far as the rooms which were very clean. View Inn is in the process of remodeling and I hope that they complete this soon as the rug in their facility appears to be outdated. Other than that I'm ok with everything else.
