We were given a room on the first floor near the front desk. At about 5 AM on the first morning. We heard a couple of people talking very loudly and opening and closing doors loudly. Then, an alarm went off in the next room and kept going and going. We called the front desk. They apparently went into the room and turned it off. We killed a couple of ants in the bathroom.

Staff was superb. Anything we needed, they were on it! We had a 10 day stay and they made us feel like family. The front desk staff was kind enough to fax an important document for us which was very helpful. Bartenders remembered our drinks like we were old friends! Melinda, the breakfast attendant, is always delightful at all of our stays, past & present!! The Manager & all of the staff are fantastic!!!

The hotel was clean and just renovated. Terrific free shuttle to/from casino. The room was on the first floor and while we couldn't hear the band or party going on in the ballroom, we could hear the people in rooms above us and next to us. Despite this, we'd stay here again for the convenience and the reasonable price.
