The night clerk on 6/22/23 couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. After a harrowing flight from FL it was great to have a hassle free check in and a comfortable bed for sleeping.
The manager was outstanding! He asked daily how was my stay, was I getting everything I needed! It was like a bygone era and glad he practices it! Kudos!

When we went to take a shower the handle fell off in our hand. The pillows were so soft as to be non-existent. The bottom fitted sheets didn't stay on the bed and the towels were extremely scratchy. The coffee was bitter every time my husband got it. The dryers didn't work. One had a sign on it that said out of order and the other didn't dry anything even after an hour! The staff was pleasant the whole time.
Online it said Buffet Breakfast-- It was not. The "Buffet" was a bag breakfast.
Hotel personnel were very nice, but the bathroom floor had urine spots/stains all over it. There were also water stains on the sink. I had a quick trip into town for a funeral. Had I not already unpacked my items and wasn't so pressed for time, I would have requested another room. Needless to say, if the obvious isn't clean (ie urine spots on the bathroom floor), it makes you wonder what else is dirty that you can't see (ie bedding, towels, etc).
Stayed here with 2 other couples who had King Suite Rooms and ours being a King room. Check in was easy and Tony was very accommodating with getting our rooms as close as possible. The hotel is very modern and cozy. Rooms were great! Will stay here again our next trip to Bethlehem!
Very comfortable stay for my family of four ~ we had plenty of room to move around ~ breakfast was good ~ will definitely stay at Fairfield Inn again!
Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice. Continental breakfast was better than expected. Had hot food too.
The staff was very helpful. I am a senior citizen and use oxygen at night. The person at the desk made sure my oxygen concentrator (which is too heavy for me to carry) was brought to and from my room. Thank you!
Front desk staff at this hotel is especially friendly and helpful. The room looked newly redecorated in a nice modern sort of way and the beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning is pretty typical of these kinds of places, they had a decent variety of choices. It is right next to the highway so if car noise bothers you then I would stay somewhere else but it didn't bother us and was convenient for us.
The Hotel was located very close to a large choice of restaurants and a five minute drive to a great Gold's gym. The room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The service staff was pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. Overall it was a great place for a one-night stay and we would stay there again.
We asked the staff were the nearest WAWA was located she gave directions. As we are driving the directions did not make sense and we became lost. I said it is little farther to travel but lets go to the one we know. We drive to that location and it turned out to be the one she was sending us to but taking a much longer way.
