We had a comfortable stay. Our spacious suite had two TVs & an area with a couch where you could watch TV. The sink was in a separate area from the tub & toilet, & the room had a mini frig. The only negative was when we went down for Sun. breakfast at 9 am (it was served until 10 am), they were completely out of cooked oatmeal. As my husband enjoys this, I mentioned it to the kitchen worker there, who said the only thing they did not replenish on the complimentary breakfast buffet was the oatmeal. When it was gone, it was gone...
An older Fairfield but found the room clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient. The challenge I had was I was in the front close to the road, I was woken up several times over the night for truck and car noise. Good rate at 107 plus tax, but have to give a 3 for noise.
Perfect, absolutely perfect! Chris at the front desk was wonderful and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows, the linens were of nice quality. I slept great! Very quiet. I didn't go down for breakfast. Perfect!!
We were here for 24 hours before we realized there's an outdoor pool here. Why doesn't it specify that on the Hotel website. I'm a Marriott rewards member and would like to see "Outdoor Pool" not just "Pool". Great location, clean and safe hotel.
Clean, friendly, good morning breakfast! Housekeeping on top of everything ! Comfy bed!! Close to lots of fast food eateries and only minutes from either side of Bethlehem! Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly engaging and accommodating!
I stayed at this hotel overnight before a flight out of the Allentown airport.Tony at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. I also made my reservation with him and he was just as friendly and helpful then as well. Upon our arrival we were inquiring about a restaurant but didn’t want to fight for parking. Tony has his shuttle driver Nick drop us and pick us up! Now that is a full service! The hotel was probably one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The beds were very comfy and the complementary breakfast was sufficient . We had a large queen and it was very spacious. I would recommend and would stay here again. If all the Fairfield inns are like this one I would consider using them always. The rates are reasonable as well.
A last minute booking after driving 18 hrs straight. We booked at night in the pouring rain. When we arrived we were told we actually arrived at the wrong Fairfield Inn. The other one was across town. We were all checked into the other hotel. It was 20 minutes in the opposite direction. I almost cried! The front desk attendant couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I called the property across town and although we had checked in they cancelled the room at no charge and we stayed at this Fairfield. It is kind of run down due to its age but we were beyond appreciative for the helpfulness we received. I love Marriott properties and would prefer to only stay with them based on the level of service.
Been around the world and many Hotels... So he is the run down The Good first -nice friendly staff -clean room -comfortable bed The Bad -if you get a room facing the highway - you MUST request another room. We were in 216 and I could not sleep all night with the truck going by. -lighting in the bathroom and sink outside by the bathroom are not bright at all. The bulls need to be changed to a something where you can see yourself put makeup on (as per my wife) -Breakfast - its the "above" standard breakfast with microwaved eggs, waffles, but get prepared to look at the pork sausages sitting in water. I went safe with a cereal and toast with PB&J. Good luck - it would have been a lot more pleasant if we did not have a room by the highways, cause I am not a happy camper right now :)
This was our final stop on a road trip heading back east. Tony at the front desk was great and to quote my eight year old "was the nicest man he met on his entire trip". Our room was in the back half of the hotel and we did not hear any traffic from the outside, however, I could hear the traffic when using the gym the next morning. I'm thankful we got the room in the back!
The Fairfield Inn in Bethlehem, PA was most accomodating. The staff very polite. Mr. Tony Sneed, Guest Services Agent was very helpful. Breakfast was definitely a great way to start the day without having to leave the hotel.
