The hotel did not have the reservation from Orbitz. Luckily, the hotel had a room for us at the rate we arranged with Orbitz. Not sure where the miscommunication was, but could have been a problem.

The room was decent yet there were many issues that were very alarming. The shower wasn't cleaned prior to my stay. There was a weird film on the shower floor that was very off putting. The elevator was out of service, and the walls in the room did seem like they had been cleaned in idk how long. It's the definition of a budget hotel stay.

Our stay was not very pleasant. The hotel is extremely close to the highway, and even though our room was not the one closest to it, we could still clearly hear every car passing by at night. The noise level was quite noticeable and made it difficult to rest. Guests who are sensitive to noise or value a quiet sleeping environment may want to reconsider.

A spacious and clean room with nice amenities and a good breakfast. Just as I would expect from the best western. The only negative that I would say here is that my room was on the freeway side and there was a lot of road noise.
