Very clean rooms, great staff and service. Free parking across the street. Great complimentary breakfast.

very nice hotel, rooms are big and very clean.. staff is very good. Has a Starbucks in the lobby the negative thing about the hotel is the breakfast that is included, haveing 12 days the same thing doesn't cut it...

Great hotel within one block from Main Street, plenty of restaurants to choose from and parking is right across the street(free). Nice staff and great for families.

I always love staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent and the location is great, very walkable to the historic downtown area where there are lots of bars, restaurants, and cute little shops. There is also a shuttle that will take you to all the sites around town, like the Casino or SteelStacks, and even on busy weekends you never have to wait long to get a ride. It's always super fast and easy to check in and out and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Parking is across the street in a garage (the hotel does validate, so it's free for guests) and you have to go past a somewhat shady bus stop that seemed to be pretty busy at all hours, and the view is nothing special from any direction (we got a view of the bus stop), but the location and amenities more than make up for it.

Pleasant stay nice hotel and room staff friendly parking is across the street in municipal garage but they do validate and you are staying in city limits so as a NYC resident I would say not a deal breaker definatly would stay here again

The hotel is nice. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. Small food area will make you anything from snacks to meals and cocktails . The area behind the hotel is sketchy but it's just 2 blocks from downtown Bethlehem. Parking garage across street

From Check in to Check Out just an awesome time. Staff, location and rooms were all awesome. Highly recommended

The hotel was comfortable and the staff was most helpful. Loved buying our Christkindlmarkt tickets in the hotel, as well as taking the hotel shuttle there. Comfortable desk for me to use for writing all my Christmas cards.

Great Experience. I like staying at the Hotel will definitely come back and stay at the hotel.

Wonderful staff, spacious - clean rooms, free parking, free breakfast , free Wi-Fi.

Room was modernistic, oriented to a business traveler but was also fine for a couple. Location was convenient to downtown.

Every was good, but I felt the sheets on one of the beds was not clean. Only needed one bed so it didn't matter.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved the shuttle that took me to a nearby casino. Very clean and upscale. The front desk people were very acomodating and answered all my questions. Definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while passing thru(recommended by a friend). Although at first it appears like an odd location (down a side street across from the bus depot) it is not far from the downtown area that includes a bunch of restaurants and cute shops. The staff was great and the breakfast selection was good. Room was clean and a plus was a sectional sofa in a separate area of the room which was nice. Would stay there again. Just know that you park in the parking garage next door (hotel validates)

Hotel was nice with a good location for the tournament

My wife and I have had quite a busy wedding season this year, which has involved a fair share of hotels... this hotel was by far the nicest (and cheapest) room we had stayed in... everything from the design to the decor to the staff and the surprisingly excellent breakfast. 12 out of 10

I don't totally remember since the trip was a year ago and only one night

Amenities were above average, courteous staff, and convenient. Everything you could need is close by.

Staff was extremely pleasant and the hotel was clean.

When I checked in the hotel around 9 PM, the clerk was one of the most friendly and helpful hotel employees I have ever met. She was poised and professional in every way and gave me a nice tour of the lobby and facilities When I asked if it was possible to get a shuttle over to the Lehigh University campus, one of her colleagues said this would be no problem. But when I came downstairs the next morning, a different clerk said the shuttle was not available for one hour. When I asked her to call a cab for me, she did but said it wasn't available for 20 minutes. When I asked about a bus, she pointed across the street and said to ask at the bus stop. She was completely unhelpful and communicated no apology or expression of sympathy at all. I ended up having to walk nearly two miles to Lehigh carrying my bags. The room was great and breakfast fantastic, but the morning clerk left me with a bad experience overall.
