Lose the stupid palm trees in the lobby. Lose the big grandma pillows and sofas. Invest money in the gym. Make it a trendy fun place. Take the stupid pictures down if you don't have autographs or actual photos. It's cheesy.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bethlehem. The bed was super clean and comfortable and the food was really tasty whether via room service or the Tap Room restaurant on the first floor. The bathroom was super small but the soap products were Bath and Body works and smelled wonderful. I'll only stay here when I return. My first trip I stayed at the Hyatt Place and there is simply no comparison. I'm grateful that Hotel Bethlehem exists!!

Room was at very end of hall next to exit stairs. Room was "okay". Bathroom was the most contorted facility ever seen and tried to maneuver around. Had paid for an upgrade but you would not realize by seeing this particular room. Had a small dinner event arranged in advance and while the waitress was very good the kitchen chef and staff performed miserably. Very disappointing.

Very nice hotel for those that are interested in a historic venue.

It met my expectations and was very nice for an older hotel

The Bethlehem Hotel is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the charming city of Bethlem at Christmas. The hotel is classic and exquisitely decorated for the season. It's full of history. The staff is kind and efficient and rooms and public spaces are meticulously clean.

The hotel is wonderful! A great atmosphere in the lobby, all decorated for the winter season, right in the heart of downtown. We loved it.

wonderful service, great location! great restaurant and bar. would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was great, clean, nice looking, spacious. It was a little annoying they didn't tell us we'd be charged for parking on top of the cost of the room.

The hotel is very nice, especially for a weekend getaway to the lovely town of Bethlehem.

It was a very elegant and clean hotel. Staff is very good and kind. Also the view from the window of the room was good. Breakfast was disappointing and that was not eaten. I also like to stay.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It is a beautfiul place, right on main street, but at the end of the street near the historic Moravian buildings. It was quiet and perfect for strolls through the town. Across the street and on the corner was a great corner store for breakfast or lunch, with big, luscious bagels and a coffee bar. We had dinner in the hotel's historic dining room and selected their famous salmon dinner -- it was just as good. as described in their literature. We intend to come back.

I booked this hotel after reading all the reviews and I was quite happy when the hotel turned out to be better than some reviews describe. It's very beautiful inside, rooms are clean, they provide good shampoo, conditioner and soap. Staff is not perfect but still OK.

Very very good. Only downside is the age of this property make it near impossible for it to be super clean and AAA-well kept.

I was in town for the harvest festiville. The hotel was along the route. I picked this hotel not knowing the location, except for main street. It was persfect. They have on-site parking, the staff was very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean.

I went to school nearby and always had the impression that this was a classy place. The location is unbeatable. Returning to the area I was very disappointed. There was no record of my online reservation from 5 days in advance and the staff was very uninterested in helping me. Borderline rude for something that was their own mistake. The room itself was nice. Clean. Nothing remarkable though. Comparable to a three star chain hotel. Preparing to leave I found a roach running across the floor, hence the low cleanliness rating. Amusing as it was to watch my wife hop from the chairs to the bed to finish packing, I was not impressed.

It's just beautiful. 100% class and on the main drag near great shops and cafes and restaurants. It is part of the history of this historic town.

We were upgraded from a regular queen room to a corner King suite ~ amazing! We loved the interior decor, the bed was comfy, nice flat screen tvs, and beautiful bathrooms. I think the price we paid for what we got was a great value, and I'm thankful for the upgrade. We had an amazing time in Bethlehem and having a great hotel room definitely contributed to our trip.

This hotel is fabulous. Everything was first class and the Christmas decorations made me think I was at the North Pole.A++

My boyfriend and I already had a weekend getaway planned at the Hotel Bethlehem when we noticed that the weather report was calling for snow. We decided to go despite the weather and had an amazing time! I highly recommend staying at this hotel -- the rooms are cozy and the staff is excellent.

Dear Randy: We are sorry that you don’t find the décor to your liking. You may not be aware that at one time the hotel was actually closed and boarded up. We re-opened in 1999 and have been restoring the hotel to its 1920’s original décor. We work diligently to share our history and as a member of Historic Hotels of America and the National Trust for Preservation take our responsibility seriously. While we may not be “trendy” most of our guests do enjoy the luxury, quality, world class service and todays amenities that we provide. We hope that you will visit us again and immerse yourself in our history.
