During our stay the fire alarm went off, around 8:30am. If I were asleep, there is NO way I would have been woken from my sleep. I could barely hear the alarm from my room (thought it may have been a sound from the cartoon my children were watching) and NOTHING inside the room alerted me of the alarm. This was on the 2nd of a 5 days stay. I did not sleep after this in fear that if something did happen, I wouldn't hear. I did not feel safe.

Location and room good. No negatives to think of.

It seemed a group of youth hockey players and their families were there and I feel we could have been booked in a room away from all the noise of young kids. Kids are kids. I have 6. I won’t complain about kids having fun but in booking rooms the hotel could have been a little more conscientious about this.

Property is average for this brand. What I didn’t like was the fact that the staff told me I couldn’t get credit on my Hilton Honors account because I booked through Orbitz, a third party. This makes me not want to use Orbitz for hotel bookings, and makes me not want to stay at any Hilton properties. This practice is hurting both companies. Everybody loses.

When we checked in, we had to reserve to use the pool. No problem, COVID and everything. Except the whole night was booked already and we were only staying one night. Only availability was early morning and my kids sleep in. We could have been told ahead of time to book for the pool so we Atleast got to use the ONLY amenity I chose this hotel for. At night, a group of men were outside right below our window talking and laughing as if they were chilling at the bar. 12am..1am still there. Called desk to see if they can do anything or maybe move us to a room that’s not near these clowns and they said they would take care of it... it continued for Atleast an hour or two after that call. Finally did fall asleep and was woken up by 8am by room next to ours blasting music. Opened door to see where it was coming from and huge whiff of weed came at me... called office to have them stop music around 9 bc kids were still asleep and it’s getting annoying. Someone came up, music stopped for 1 minute then back on even louder. Pillows are terrible, too. Very flat and no support. No variety either. All 6 are the same. I never write these kind of reviews but for the amount you pay for a night here - it was extremely disappointing.

Good location, excellent housekeeping service . Had to ask many times and then needed To go down to get two tea bags-of green tea. You MUST provide free continental breakfast!!

Clean and well-run. Pleasant staff with a full service bar and restaurant.

We stayed for three nights, but on the second day our room was never cleaned (bed was not made, or towels replaced, we had to use wet towels on our third day). We were out most of the day, not sure why room was not cleaned. Disappointed in housekeeping, everything else was good.

The staff was friendly and the area had all the amenities that was suitable to our needs.

Stayed one night. Nice big room. It was very clean. Big bathroom & nice shower. It would have nice to include breakfast in the price.

Hotel was close to where I needed to be. Hotel clean & comfortable & staff great. Both the exterior and lobby was nice, rooms are a bit out dated. Coffee pot in room did not work plugged in and nothing, also no complimentary coffee in lobby.

It was a very good comfortable stay, close to everything.

Hotel & staff were excellent! Close to Iron Pigs stadium so we enjoyed the game & fireworks. Relaxing evening!

We stay here every time we fly out of Allentown. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient to the airport.

Staff was very friendly. I asked for directions and the girl at the front desk not only looked it up but printed out the directions. very nice

Thank you for the rating and feedback. When we do have groups we do try to put the rooms on their own floor however they never rent a whole floor so some other guests will be placed with them, we do have security and we do walk the halls for noise, also in our case right now we are going through a renovation and 41 rooms are out of order so placement is a little harder. I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hope that you stay with us again on your next trip to the Allentown Bethlehem area!

Thank you for the rating and feedback. We are trying really hard to our best with the new state mandated guidelines of social distancing. I am sure you are frustrated with the lack of pool availability, as well as all of the not normal cliental that all hotels are unfortunately experiencing during Covid 19. We hope as times moves on we will see a shift back to how it was pre Covid 19. If I can do anything for you please call the hotel and ask to speak with Mark, I am the GM. I hope you will give us another opportunity to shine for you when you are traveling again to the Allentown Bethlehem area!
