Had a reservation for the weekend that was paid for and money raken from my account. They canceled after the first day then charged me again for another day that was already paid for. I am sure they wont miss my business or care but never staying here again. Manager claimed rhey only put a "hold" on my account and it wqs clearly taken out. He did not seemed bothered or cared because they took the money for a second day without me approving it.

The ‘free breakfast’ was always a very long wait on Saturday and Sunday waiting for them to replenish. If you know that there is a high occupancy on the weekends then you should prepare accordingly.
