This was supposed to be refunded. I went there and checked in and they would not allow my 20 year old son to pick up his key after I left. I asked the desk clerk if it was okay prior to checking in and prior to leaving.

My family and I always stayed at this location. But this time it was horrible. We stayed 12/24-12/26. We had no heat or hot water for both of our days. We couldn’t check out on the 1st Day because it was Christmas! We alerted the staff of the condition of our 2 bedroom suite at 6am and the they told us first- “they needed to check the inventory before doing anything about switching the rooms”. We were without heat and hot water for 8-10 hours. We stopped at front desk before breakfast at 8; spoken to a gentleman; he said he could switch the room. Took us 40 minutes to move 5 people and all of our belongings to the other side of the hotel. After being in the room less than 5 hours we lost heat and hot water again! This time for the whole day. It was Christmas; I called customer service and Hilton Honors. I was told they couldn’t help me until we checked out. When we checked out we were assured that we could receive a full refund. Since going through everything. Now almost 4 weeks later we’ve only received a partial refund. I’m completely disgusted and disappointed with this hotel. I thought the manager would have at least given me the refund and respect to apologize for this situation.

Staff was very nice. Hotel in general is dirty. Footprints on the waxy mop marked floor in the kitchen. Crud all along the shower floor and soap scum clearly visible on shower walls. Wipe marks on all mirrors, crud on closet track and door off track. Crud along edge of bath floor tiles. kitchen sink covered in hard water and coffee stains. Ice machine in the fridge doesn’t work nor the ice machine in the hall. Crumbs on the carpet. Disappointing because they are simple fixes. Definitely over rated hotel. Sausage patties pale, eggs over cooked. Waffle station was a mess and nobody cleaned it.

The front desk clerk who checked me in and at the end of my stay (Isaiah) was so courteous and just an absolutely pleasant young man with an awesome personality! He represents the hotel very well! My overall was pretty good… Did however have an issue with the shower getting too hot and not keeping the temperature which needs to addressed right away! Also dirty dishes was left in the dishwasher… Despite those few issues, I would definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient and my room was comfortable overall.

The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold items. I especially liked trying the overnight oats with chia but the best thing about breakfast was the robust coffee! I very much appreciated having the option of regular or robust coffee because I need a strong cup in the morning! This is hard to find in hotels that offer coffee. It's usually watery and lacking flavor - so thank you!

The location for us was perfect. Nothing scenic about it however the staff and amenities make up for that. The room is great with a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Our dogs were welcome and breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious. The staff here is amazing. Isiah was spot on with my packages I had sent straight to the hotel and even brought them directly to my room once we were checked in. This place is welcoming and tge staff makes you feel right at home. Kudos

Staff really nice! Everything was clean except the hair dryer. Before using I wiped it with a wet cloth. It was very dirty. Shower was great! For us the location was perfect for where we were going.
