I have been staying frequently at the Staybridge Hotel since November 2015 and have been so delighted with the staff, the atmosphere, the great comfort, super rooms and very comfy beds.... and high marks for cleanliness. The buffets were always fabulous. I would like to express my congratulations and sincere thanks to all who made life so pleasant for my colleagues and me. I often had special requests, and made multiple reservations and changes, and even though it was short notice and complicated, I was always accommodated with a smile. Huge kudos and pats on the back for Megan who was so helpful every time over the 20 months. All staff were kind and helpful and it made the Staybridge my place of choice, and it is far above any other hotel comfort I have experienced. Well done and thanks to you all, and a special huge thanks to Megan !!
Great location for a game a Coca Cola Park. Room was nice. Would be great for a longer stay. Enjoyed the fresh fruit that was provided for breakfast. Lots of food choices in the area too for lunch and dinner.
Each year we stay at this hotel for an extended visit. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is helpful, pool is just right. (Pool is outdoor, hot-tub is indoors) The morning breakfast is really good, everything from eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels...fresh fruit, juice, sodas, coffees....
We had to stay here due to family being in the hospital. This place felt like home. The breakfast was amazing. The front desk was quick and efficient. The room was very nice and was very comfortable. We will definitely be back when we come up the area again.
We stayed at the Staybridge for a bridal party in June 2017. The rooms were clean and spacious, the patio was amazing (grill, fire pit and a clean pool), the staff were super polite and helpful, the variety provided in the hot breakfast surpassed our expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Your close to stores, restaurants and a movie theater. You will be pleased with your stay here.
We stayed just for one night and it was the most uncomfortable night's sleep I have had in a long time. The room has a full sized bed - honestly I can't remember the last time I was in a hotel that had anything smaller than a queen. The bed was soft and uneven so difficult to get comfortable. I could also hear road noise and people walking around upstairs and the air conditioner was fairly loud. Otherwise, the hotel and room was clean and nice. Front desk staff was fine. The breakfast was decent, although there was not enough seating for a crowded weekend morning. The room included a full sized refrigerator and a small kitchen area with cooktop. The shower was nice, and I like the sink separate from the toilet area. May give it another try if I can request a larger bed.
It doesn't get much better than the level of customer service, comfortability, and cleanliness here. Very accommodating and understanding. If/when I'm in this area again will always stay here. Thank you!!!
I stayed at this hotel when I visited my girlfriend and it was a decision I certainly don't regret. Devon gave me a great rate and was very pleasant and easy to make arrangements with. And Nick is a fantastic manager. He was nice and helpful and understanding and did absolutely everything he could do to make our stay magical. He shows what hospitality is all about. He even came to my room because I had trouble with one of the phones. An outstanding experience in every way possible. I will be back anytime I'm in the Allentown area
I made contact with "Nick", evening manager, on 14 Apr 17. I must say, one of the most pleasant, polite, respectful and understanding individuals encountered on our 16 day excursion. When inquiring about the cost of the room, he quoted a price and asked for a form of ID. I produced my military identification card, which happened to be in front of my driver license. Nick then stated I qualified for a military rate, which was somewhat less. He then thanked me for my service to our country. I reciprocated those words to him, not only for reducing the room rate, but I also wanted him to know I appreciated his kindness and respect for those who have served this great Nation. If we are in the Allentown area again, our hotel of choice will be the Staybridge Suites. Our room was excellent in every respect.
Everything about this place was great except the decor of the room itself. The rooms really need an update, but it seems this holds true for almost all the places in this area. I booked a two bedroom suite for three nights. It was great having all that space. My kids appreciated their own room with their own bathroom. We got use from the kitchen because it was Passover and eating out was difficult. The breakfast at the hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. They had fresh strawberries, blueberries and melon in addition to scrambled eggs, cheeses, breakfast meat, yogurts and of course the make your own waffles. The hot tub is very nice and big, It was not working when we first got there, but we did get one night with it working. The housekeeping did a very good job in keeping the room neat.
