Loved the late night staff! Even though they had someone training they were wonderful.... Breakfast was great and the location cannot be beat since it's right across from the theme parks!!!!!
My room was excellent I would hope to have that same room each time I visit.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at check-in were so nice and checkout was a breeze. Room was very clean and comfortable. I slept very well. In the morning I thought breakfast was over because I got up late. But they were still seaving way past the time. I recommend this hotel. I'll be back again.
Bathroom door didnt close, i had to lift and push. not enough towels, or any conditioner Asked room service for some and when i got back at night, nothing
At 6.45 am Jan 2 there was a fire alarm waking us due to a kitchen fire. We were offered no apologies and no recompense.
The room was very nice and modern. Check in and out was fast and easy
The staff was wonderful - very professional and courteous. The only thing I didn't like was that the fruit was rotten. The bananas were brown and soft. The apples had spots and the oranges also had soft spots and tasted awful. I was in the are for the St Lukes Half marathon and fruit is an important part of my diet. It was disappointing that there was no fresh fruit available at the hotel.
Hotel room was very clean and up to date. Very comfortable. Would recommend to stay. Staff was excellent
Room was comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff were always pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast selection was awesome and open till 10 in case you wanted to sleep in.
Check in was easy. Super modern and clean. Loved the room.
I came here with my son to go to the water parks in the area. Dorney is across the street and Hershey and Sesame Place are about an hour away. This was the first hotel stay for my son and he loved it. He has a restricted diet so I contacted the hotel about storing food in the morning before we can check in. They were more than accommodating. They let me check in early and made the process real easy. Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was large, larger than i expected. Beds were comestible and sheets were clean. Bathroom could have used more cleaning and there were some random hairs on the toilet and the sink, but nothing outrageous. Overall this place exceeded my expectations. If i come back to the area i'd gladly stay at this hotel again.
Currently under renovation, but besides that the safe was not very welcoming. Was promised a call when room was ready that I never received. Lobby and bathroom were not clean.
