Water damage and peeling ceiling in bathroom, lumpy beds, breakfast bar was very untidy and slim pickens, door to the room had light from the hallway shining through on both sides, my husband requested a few towels and soap, he was told they would bring them up even though he was at the desk and offered to do it, they never brought them and when he called they said sorry they forgot and he went down to pick them up. Overall very disappointing and we will not use this facility again.

Highly Disappointing Stay: Poor Value and Lack of Basic Amenities My stay was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room without being asked for any preference, which already suggested a lack of attention to guest comfort. The room itself, while superficially clean, was noticeably musty with poor air circulation, suggesting it had been closed up for a long time. This made the room environment unpleasant. Additionally, there was a persistent dog barking directly in the room across the hall, severely impacting the peace and quiet. The breakfast was a particular low point and frankly a joke. It consisted of no fresh fruit and only a few old bagels. The self-serve machine was broken, and the coffee, when available, was often old brew. Further, the front desk did not even have drinking water available for guests, which is an unacceptable oversight for a basic hotel amenity. Overall, the room comfort and basic amenities fell far short of expected standards. I cannot recommend this hotel until they address these fundamental issues concerning air quality, noise control, breakfast quality, and essential services like fresh water and functional coffee.

I had stayed here once before and felt it was a cut above typical less expensive hotels. I stand by that assessment, but I felt that it had slipped just a bit. The odd thing was that one of the beds did not have a bed spread, but had otherwise been made. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had some problems with the TV hookup, which dropped out a few times. - I would not avoid staying again, but I would consider all options.

The entire hotel needs a complete upgrade. Furnishings are in need of replacement. Ice machines not working. Ran out of hot breakfast on Saturday long before serving time was over. Not a professionally-run establishment.

The hotel was ok for the night but it felt a bit unsafe. Our door lock was broken. So when someone from another room opens and closes their door. The door rattles and felt like spmeone was trying to break in. Also the breakfast is not good. Some juice machines were not working.

We had to wait to check in along with another couple, who i think was waiting for their room to be cleaned. The woman at the desk appeared to not want to deal with either of us. She basically took my name, told me the room i booked was unavailable, gave me another room and gave me keys, nothing else. Our bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor and even hanging on the one wash cloth that was in there. And that appeared dirty as well. There was also a pea (yes the vegetable) on the floor mixed in with the hair. We were so tired i didnt want to deal with the front desk agent again. Figured i would deal with it in the morning only to find her there again. Checkout was just as terrible and i was mad at this point and didnt want a confrontation, i just wanted to get out of that hotel. I get everyone is working short staffed everywhere and i can let alot of stuff go but this hotel was awful. I hope atvthe end of this i can upload pics

The property had what I was looking for. It was within 10 minutes of Dorney Park. It had a heated indoor pool and it had a free hot continental breakfast. The area was further away from Dorney than I would have liked, but it was in a more secluded area, not near main roads, so it was quiet. We stayed two nights. We did a bedbug check and the room had NO bug issues of any kind. Sheets were very clean. While overall it had a dated look and I wasn't fond of the decor, it was clean with the rooms and bathrooms quite well cared for. The only gripe I had was that when we came back from Dorney, our room wasn't made up. I was told they were short a cleaning lady and apparently, there was only one on and she missed some rooms. I ended up making 4 trips to the lobby, to replace used items that I needed. While not a really big deal, I had just come from being 10 hours in an amusement park with my family and we were all sweaty and tired. The hot breakfast was good, but they apparently ran out of creamer for the coffee, so we just opted for Orange Juice. The only offered one hot item and one hot side per day. An improvement would be to offer both eggs and French Toast and both sausage and bacon all days. Pool area was nice and clean. No issues there. While not my first pick as the hotel I wanted was sold out, it was more than good enough replacement. I would definitely stay here again.
