Steven at the front desk was incredibly nice, you can tell he really enjoys his job. He was so friendly and it seems genuine. He checked me in upon arrival and then I saw him the next morning when I went to breakfast and he was just a nice and pleasant as he was the day before.

I was concerned about some older reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Renata at check-in was great. We were 5 adults and stayed in the superior suite for 2 nights. Rooms, hallways, and breakfast area very clean. Breakfast food and coffee were good. Only complaint was the beds were pretty hard. Hotel is centrally located and quiet. Overall great place to stay.

Staff was great. Room was welcoming. Little dust on counters but nothing a quick wipe down didn't fix. Shower curtain inside liner had mold stains but did not smell of or spread any. Bed was very comfortable especially considering I usually sleep on a Temper-Pedic. Breakfast was pretty good: missing main attraction (aka waffles and pancakes), it could also use better fruit variety, and juice quality. Fitness room was well equipped for my needs. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming.

The room we had was dated, stain in one bathtub and pull out sofa either had some type of stain on it or mold, the floor in one bedroom looked like it had cigarette burns in it, the kitchen only had two coffee cups no glasses, the stove top had burn marks on it and the kitchen cabinets were very worn. Last night there were people arguing very loudly in the hallway.
