We stayed at this property with other family members for a family wedding. Staff is personable and the buffet breakfast was very good for a Residence Inn. Room was very comfortable including bed and pillows. Good wifi access.

Close to everything! Hotel staff very accommodating....breakfast and mixers well stocked and delicious with neighboring restaurant. Delights! Rooms very clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff very efficient and accommodating. Have stayed here for past 2 years for business and will continue to stay here in the future. Centrally located to the area!

We were attending the Musiqfest and had reservations to stay in this hotel that night. Instead of checking in and then going to the concert, we chose to go straight to the evening concert. Midway through the evening I became a little anxious and many people around us said the hotels were all booked and the hotels were giving away the rooms prematurely. So I called just to confirm they would hold our hotel until later that evening and then I found out we no longer had a room there. NO! It's not what you think. They had some sort of flooding in some of the rooms and didn't have a room for us any longer. One would have panicked at this point but I have to say, the front desk clerk quickly said don't worry, we have moved you to a near by hotel and all your reservation accommodations are taken care of including your room fee! I was amazed about this but even more amazed how fantastic this person was on the phone. She quickly jumped into service recovery mode and calmed my fears. When we got to the other hotel, everything was in place and it was a great experience. I still would like to return and try this hotel especially as well as they handled this situation. thank you for all you ddi that evening to make the concert and stay a very memorable one!

In every way this hotel was a gem. We just got home from our family vacation. We had four of their suites. Each room was clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderful. The kids were able to play in a safe, well maintained area. Adjacent to the pool, they had a barbeque area that easily accommodated the whole family. The hotel provided the needed utensils for cooking and the grill was large. The most valuable asset this hotel has is it's staff. They are more than willing to help and assist you in any way possible. They helped us with the computers, paper goods for the cookout and FedExing a package just to name a few things. The location of the hotel is prefect for kid based activities. There is Dorney Park, The Crayola Factory, and Sky Zone plus many more. All in all this hotel, its staff and location are all top notch. A hidden treasure.

Stayed at this hotel on both side of a road trip. Front desk was very friendly and helpful with advice. Easy to get to from the highway and as always a filling breakfast to begin the day in a clean area.

The hotel and rooms are clean and in good shape , but a bit outdated . The front desk staff was adequate at best. Can not say they were friendly , because they were not .The breakfast lacked choices for a Residence Inn , but the happy hour was nice . Its in a nice location just off the main road and near a good number of restaurants .

Plus!! Our room was a nice size & clean. We had a king size bed studio. Breakfast was the standard type breakfast. It was good for a one night stay. Too cool to use the pool (outdoor pool) Negative!! One one pet peeve was having housekeeping knock on my door twice in about 30 mins asking the first time are we checking out? The second one asked when ?. GRRRR!! You never ever do that I feel like if I'm paying all this $$ to stay one night plus they put a $250 hold on my card for incidentals for one night? So I spoke to the front desk about that. They assured they would speak to housekeeping about that. Because it's rude !! to make your guests feel rushed and it only 11:15 then 11:30 am when check out is at 12pm. On plus note plenty of restaurants near by and a movie theater. My rating if I could say mixed but there's no choice for that. Because I was disappointed by the treatment I got from housekeeping and the $250.00 incidentals hold on my debit card when I had bills to pay that weekend out of my checking account and couldn't because it froze the $$ I had.

one night stay in a one bedroom suite. Small issue on check in (first room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in it). Gail on the front desk quickly fixed the issue by moving us to another room. We were surprised the housekeeping dep't had cleared the room, as the odour was strong. Room was clean, and no other issues noted. Beds were comfortable.

Walking into this one bedroom suite, my first thought, I stepped back in time...Try the 1970's. I am in a military barrack or better yet the Air Force billeting (hotel). The decor in the room is outdated and reminded me of government issued furniture. The striped carpet, the earth tones in the rooms - for a Marriott you expect better. This may not be a JW but please redecorate and come into the 21st Century. I wish I had the wand from Tommy Lee in "The Men in Black" to program the manager's mind to please request remodeling. The room may be clean and the staff may be friendly but for a "Residence Inn - Marriott" I am totally disappointed. Won't stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the Front desk staff was great! The rooms were spacious and the pool was an awesome treat! The only issue I encountered was the breakfast area. It was way to small and the breakfast staff was not that friendly! I recommend to eat breakfast before 8am. Otherwise everything else was great!
