Everything was great, good price and convenient to where I needed to go. Only negative I had was the kids screaming and dogs barking at 7:00 am. Also would probably not want a ground floor near entrance again as too noisy.

front door was locked. Staff was in the back. Had to bang on the door several times to get him to come out. Asked for non smoking and clearly smelled like cigarettes. Bed was extremely hard and pillows were worn out. DO NOT STAY HERE !
I personally had a good experience with the staff when I checked in. For instance, the staff/she was pleasant & helpful, and pointed out that I could request some kitchen items. During my stay, the cleaning staff/she had a nice personality & attitude, and provided toiletries when I ran out, and pointed me to where the trash closet was. When I checked out, the staff/he was pleasant, and sincerely asked if my stay was what I expected, etc. Moreover, the room was fine, plenty of towels, and everything I expected for a hotel in the price category, and I also love having a kitchenette. I'm trying to eat a little healthier, so having a kitchenette allows me to eat out less. I also liked the nearby freeway access, and feel the location is pretty centrally located within the Lehigh Valley area whether it's for work, leisure, etc.
Got bit all over my back and arm from bed bugs!!! Room was not clean!!!! And of course they do nothing about it.
Convenient and safe location, Staff was very friendly and helpful, loved the convenience of having a kitchen and that pots and pans are provided.
It was fast booking and I enjoyed my stay. It was a neat hotel
Decent place to crash. Not very comfy, just basics but clean.
