Nice and quiet hotel and quite the pet owners choice. Decent rooms with kitchenettes. Tthe only problem is the amount of roaches in the rooms . Our first room felt like invasion of an army. Second room had only few .. A simple door sealer strip / draft strip would probably take care of the free movement in the building problem.

The desk attendant was rude. And there was no coffee maker in the room.. when I asked about it. She was very rude although she did get me one. There was also not any silverware or plates or anything like this, and this was supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen.

The staff person at check in was excellent. The rooms however are very outdated and the kitchens are completely empty w zero supplies in them. Not a single dish. Theres a sign indicating you can “Customize” you kitchen, I gather by going to the front desk to request every single utensil you might want. And then carry it all up to your room? I gather they were out of coffee makers. It’s not a great set up. The staff are very nice and competent but they aren’t given much to work with!

The hotel is in a decent area but the rooms have a horrible smell. There are roaches in the rooms & when you report there is no accommodation.

Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean and well organized, I usually prefer a larger room for me and my wife, but we were cozy together, really liked that there was a mini kitchen in our room, and was a reason that I chose to book a room, in addition to the very reasonable price, overall, a very good stay.
