This place was not nearly as nice as it looks in the pictures. There is no daily housekeeping. It was just kind of gross.
No sign at door saying where to ck in. Address is wrong online so maps couldn't get us there, and was told they knew was wrong and haven't bothered to correct. 8 pm and had to send someone to see if room was ready and found it was occupied, so they gave away our room. I pd for a king, got a queen, no discount. Was not impressed with the hotel at all.
The staff were excellent. Quality customer service.
The property was very clean and setup nice. It is odd the front desk is in a diner next door but it works. We were very unhappy as they advertise free breakfast but do not have any. They just have their diner that is open 24 hours where you can purchase food.

Needed a place to stay near Morris, MN so we didn't have to drive all the way back to the Twin Cities at night after attending a concert at the University of MN - Morris. This was our first time staying and didn't know what to expect. We were worried about the nearby train tracks. There was no need to worry. Didn't hear a thing! Slept great on the new mattresses. Room darkening shades had a tray at the bottom, magnet in the middle, and velcro on the sides to totally keep the light out when desired. Awesome! Slept well, then had breakfast at the diner. Very nice stay!
The orbitz site listed this hotel as having a complimentary breakfast, but when we got up in the morning we asked the staff and they said they do not serve breakfast. They said "our website does not list a complimentary breakfast." I checked the orbitz site again and it listed breakfast as included and the hotel site did not. Had we known this, we would not have booked this motel, having complimentary breakfast is a differentiator when we book rooms. This was disappointing.
The hotel, staff, and diner were all very nice. All the facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was just a little awkward to "check in" and "check out" at the 24 hour diner. The diner food and atmosphere were great though....it felt like we were stepping back in time.
