Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke
Nice
For starters I had to go back to the desk twice to have my electronic key reset. Once I got to my room, it wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t ready. The desk attendant tried to blame it on me; I took a picture only of the beds, but didn’t do that for the rest of the room - she seemed to insinuate that somehow it was my fault. Only when I threatened to report the incident to the management did she start to sound reasonable. I was assigned a new room which was ready. However, some electrical outlets did not work, the toilet fan was very loud and definitely needed repairs. Overall a bad experience.
I was a very nice place to spend the night. The room was very nice. Close to shopping, if you have a car.
The sheets did not smell clean, the room had a dank odor, the air conditioning unit rattled very noisily intermittently. Also, there was a rag pushed into the hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler should have been.
I always stay in this hotel, the only inconvenience i ran this time, was they took about 1 hour to pick me up from the car rental location, i believe the are short in drivers but at least they should answer phone calls.
Room was very outdated.
The television did not have great reception and therefore couldn’t be watched. The refrigerator mechanism in this room was loud.
Convient to I95. Large room and large bathroom. Good for one night stay. Doors slamming by other residents excessive otherwise quiet. Just what we needed before going to airport.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location.
It was nice and clean. TV was good, plenty of stations
