Convient to I95. Large room and large bathroom. Good for one night stay. Doors slamming by other residents excessive otherwise quiet. Just what we needed before going to airport.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location.
It was nice and clean. TV was good, plenty of stations
There is no basic hotel amenity in the room. I need to ask for a coffee maker, and there is no cups.
Upon check-in we found we only had 1 washcloth, My husband requested 2 more and the front desk person didn't understand why a family of 3 needed more than 1 washcloth! In the entire 5 night stay we never received house-keeping. They had a guest laundry facility, as advertised, but with 3 vending machines in said facility they did NOT sell any detergent! On night 3 of 5 they assigned our room to someone else, who was quite surprised to find the room occupied. While my husband was down at the front desk to resolve the issue and get our keys re-keyed (!!!) the desk clerk offered to sell him a glock! On the day of our departure our keys were already not working 3 hours before check-out time! The breakfast included was packeaged muffins and sometimes they had coffee! But the pillows were nice!
The staff and especially the manager was really quite good. It is OK but bare bones, didn't even have an ice machine! Also they charge for everything, even a coffee maker in your room. Also I was supposed to have a non-smoking room but it was clearly NOT non-smoking which is annoying.
I don't know because at check-in less than 30minutes after booking and already paying for the room, I was informed they did not have any vacancies. It's the middle of the night, my money is gone, and I have no room.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The room is equipped with refrigerator, microwave and a cooker, so you can eat in if you wish. There is a laundry room in the building.
Not very clean. Broken key doors to get into hotel
While the cleanliness of the room was adequate, the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel was sub par and decor is old and outdated. The hallways were dingy and dark.
The hotel was in a nice area but too much smoking around the entrance of the hotel. No ice machine either.
I paid for 2 rooms, both with 2 beds. The rooms I got were singles. After 700 miles of driving in the rain, my family and I were too exhausted to complain. BTW, the clerk was not present at the front desk. He came from outside of the building after we called. I found trash under the bed(food wrappers and toys) . There was no trash receptacle in the room or the bathroom. The complimentary toiletries seemed incomplete. Finally, "Breakfast" was cereal bars and coffee. Complementary breakfast and location was the reason I chose it. My family and I had to go out for breakfast, which cut into the timing of our scheduled activities for the day.
