Perfect spot for Balloon Fiesta

Great location for our family of four to stay and catch the Balloon Fiesta action. Property is well loved and has a few nicks and squeaky doors, but overall nice place. Not many kitchen supplies, but enough - free chips and salsa plus coffee was a nice touch.

Enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was added bonus. Only recommendation is need for vent for stove. We did a lot of cooking and eventually the food smells will build up without vent. Otherwise great property and would stay here again. Thanks.
