Averaged Room clean. Wouldn't let me use aarp. Breakfast was good especially the waffles . Love it that my cat stayed free, this saved money by not having to pay for boarding. Over all the motel was ok and acceptable.
Floors were sticky as if they had never been cleaned. Air did not work in first room they told us no more rooms were available. we were sill in lobby when another couple came in asking for a room they stated they had two available. After much discussion they gave us another room but air did not work any better. Breakfast is a honey bun. Also watch your credit card statement they charged for extra nights. Avoid this place.
This is an older hotel, pretty clean. The upholstery on the furniture was a little dingy and stained. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is not too far from restaurants and shopping. I would consider staying there again if I go to Albany.
Looking for a pet friendly hotel for the first road trip with our pet. Furnishings and carpet quite worn. Appears to be a former efficiency type accommodations. Breakfast was very scant and poorly stocked. Only warm item available was waffles and when you cooked them the batter was quite thin and the result was rubbery waffles. Lobby area was the best kept area of the hotel. Coffee offered in room was instant coffee.
Very nice large rooms, convenient location to the mall and great food venues, very professional staff and very knowledgeable of the area which is very helpful. I do plain to stay here again. I really had a great time.
Wanted a romantic night with my guy, so I rented the Jucuzzi room. Room smelled like wet dog!! The 3 pillows they give you for a king bed! The bed was held up with wooden boards. Manager has a serious attitude! Not worth the 108$!!
The desk staff was great, the room was spacious, the grounds were very good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I stayed two nights and then checked out. Several hours later I had to check back in, because my schedule changed and the checkin was seamless.
This was the worst visit I have ever had. The hotel room smell very stale. The bed lumpy, mole in the tub, the toilet not secure to the floor (sit and flip), the doors not secure ( back entrance looked to have been kicked in). ROACHES ( killed 3 )Continental breakfast (please) waffles basically, only because you have to make them yourself. The OJ and Apple juice is very good also the coffee is good. The air condition work well. The furniture old in the lobby wore out. Front Desk: Angelina was great, very polite. STAYED ONLY BECAUSE THIS WAS ASU HOMECOMING AND NO OTHER HOTEL AVALIABLE...I NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
Courteous, clean, in a decent area, and accommodating for my 2 dogs and me during our evacuation from coastal Georgia during Hurricane Matthew. We have been "Red Woof" users for years because of the pet-friendly policy, and have not been dissatisfied. It's not the Ritz, and we don't expect it to be. PS - Yes, it's not directly on I-75, but we mapped it ahead of time (as we always do), and after being chased by a Cat 4 storm, it was a very welcoming place to be.
We were gratified that the staff welcomed us with compassion and warmth. We'd been on the road for 8 hours, evacuating from hurricane Matthew. This facility is not top of the line in amenities or decor, by any means. That being said, the friendliness and availability of the staff, the roominess of the accommodations, the willingness to help out with extra pets due to evacuation status....well, we were impressed by the sheer humanity of the staff and management. Dated, shabby, but clean, and friendly, helpful! staff If I have to spend hard earned money on a facility, I'd rather spend it in a place like this.
