Surprise at check in.....a

great interior ambience; very good staff, great service

Everything was good and the staff was very helpful. Will book again n

Best staff ever, great restaurant. Only downside housekeeping was very understaffed

Parking a problem . Rooms were ok. Great location

Great location. Excellent staff. Room were maybe below bar for price of room

Nice hotel close to the college Clean Nice pool. Needs a place to stay for my granddaughters orientation. This is her first time away from home in her own. We wanted to be supportive and also help set up her dorm room.

The hotel staff were not very personable and certainly needed lessons on customer service. They were very unprofessional as their were two ladies at the check-in desk when I arrived and they were having a conversation and appeared as though I was an interruption as they did not greet me and as I was being checked in they continued having an inappropriate conversation. After checking me in I asked for directions to elevators and she just pointed and carried on their gossip session. I encountered the same thing at check-out and again no greetings or thanks for staying at the facility. However, the young ladies that were in maid service had excellent customer service and were very gracious and helpful. The ladies at the front could definitely get a lesson from them................

The staff was great. The mattress felt like a bowl. It sagged from too much use and needs to be replaced. The room's cleanliness needed more detail and thoroughness. The vent system in the bath caused the bath to steam up a great deal.

We enjoyed visiting the Ray Charles exhibit across the street. Also walked along the path next to the river which was absolutely lovely last Sunday morning.

This place was very clean and modern. The staff were super friendly. The food (breakfast) was great. My only complaint was the wi-fi. You have to pay to get decent speed. They have free wi-fi there, which I used, but it's really slow - which made working from my laptop a chore. Other than that one thing though, this place was awesome.

Awesume ,Yes ,Great , The people were very friendly, the food was tastey, the weather was perfect.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. it was nice to be able to soak in the hotel's whirpool after a long day of driving; however I now have itchy red bumbs all over my body that feel like a reaction to a bacterial contamination of the water. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. My room was missing its coffee maker, and the small container of milk that I grabbed at breakfast was curdled. I thought that all rooms in the hotel had in-room coffee makers?! I think for the price I paid, it is unreasonable not to have a coffee maker. (the on-site coffee shop is closed on Sundays too.) Additionally, the bathroom was a dirty; there were hairs and dirt built up in the corners. If you stay here, you should plan on eating at the hotel; dinning options are slim. Albany is not such a great area, and the restaurant scene reflects such. There are a handful of scattered fast-food joints, pizza hut, and 1 chinese food take out place, but you will still have to drive fifteen minutes. The hotel restaurant closes inconveniently early too. The positive: the woman at the front desk who checked me in was very nice. I will not be staying here again. For the price I paid I was extremely dissatisfied. No in-room coffee maker, dirty bathroom, skin infection from the hottub, and curdled milk: NO THANK YOU!

The hotel was lovely, very elegant. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and it offers room service. Across from the hotel is the Albany Civic Center. There is a mini park just across from the hotel. The hotel itself offers a fitness center or if you prefer, can walk outside. The wireless service was poor. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.

I went to a wedding in Albany.

The hotel is located in the prime area of town. As well as, being close to the university and the alumni dance was held in the hotel. So, coming down stairs to the dance was ideal. The one thing that I did not like was the cost. The hotel increased the cost between $40 to $60 because of the homecoming weekend.

Took my son to a wrestling event. It was a very enjoyable trip.

Nice, new clean room. Lobby is very inviting and beautifully decorated

a great getaway with the wife, the room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was great.
