A great hotel. This is my 5th visit, and I will continue to choose it as my hotel in Albany.

Just a great comfie hotel in the city with lots of great walking great restaurants friendly people loved my stay and will come back.

The staff is wonderful! Very accommodating. Beware of the Recovery Room Sports Bar. I had dinner there and got food poisoning! Missed my conference because I was unable to move!!!!!!!

Overall very good quality and service. The clerk who checked me in was especially friendly and efficient after a long day's travel. Two critical points: the parking lot in the back was very difficult to find in the dark. Other pay lots for the nearby medical center added to the confusion of finding the hotel's lot. Second, the coffee: I liked the idiot-proof Keurig coffee maker but they only gave me one regular pod. I had to go down to the desk clerk to beg for a second before the breakfast started. A minor detail, but two pods doesn't seem like too much to ask.

Only two items about the room that I did not like. First was the mattress - needs to be changed, it feels like your sinking in the middle. Second is the rooftop air handler outside the window - noisy and you can hear it thru the closed window

The room was everything I was looking for. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Nice area and great restaurant located right downstairs.

We booked this hotel when Dad was in the hospital. It is conveniently located near the hospital and connected with a walkway. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel.

The hotel was very convenient next to the hospital where my son was in the ICU after a skiing accident. Raymond was great letting us have late checkouts and extended stay when we were waiting for the hospital to release my son. He is OK now BTW.

Some very disturbing noise came from an nearby room

I've stayed here many times for business and this hotel never disappoints.

Immediate area if hotel is nice, but the areas about a mile away were pretty rough (we had to drive through them to get to the hotel) Otherwise it was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Parking situation was a little weird though in that they had gates but they weren't down which made it easier for non patrons to park in that lot.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were professional. Restaurant/bar on first floor called Recovery Room, food and beer were good plus good value.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Shower curtain was ripped and refrigerator was broken.

Our last minute plans made it difficult to find a hotel with vacancy and this was one of our only choices although a bit more expensive than we had wanted. We have stayed at Hilton Gardens before and they are ALWAYS top notch, this one was no exception. Very clean, very roomy (we randomly ended up with what they call a Murphy room, including an 8' conference table, kitchen and living room area), beautifully decorated. Comfy bed, the most soft and luxurious bedding and towels EVER. The staff was also super. We had trouble finding the hotel and arrived after midnight and called twice to get help. The girl at the front desk gave excellent directions and was so welcoming. The cleaner mopping the hallways was cheerful and pleasant too. It was well worth a few extra bucks. This hotel is right across the street from the Medical Center and probably lots of people from there use the hotel. Very convenient.

Great room and location with an affordable price. Not far from downtown and dinning. Hotel is in a quiet area.

We had major problems checking in to this hotel. The staff kept telling us that we had made a mistake and put in our address incorrectly on our reservation. They tried to charge for the room twice- we had already paid through the website and the hotel staff tried to charge us again. They told us that our credit card had been declined, but this only happened because they put in our address incorrectly. Later we gave them the same card and it was fine. Also there was no continental breakfast at this hotel, which we had been expecting. Only a $11 breakfast available in the hotel restaurant. This did not feel like a very safe city to be in after dark and parking was a nightmare as the hotel did not have enough parking available. The room itself was fine, just noisy with traffic, but we would not stay here again.

excellant stay, a great value. Staff was awesome, Angel was an angel, will definately go back when I need a room in that area.

it was easy check in and out, good staff the only thing we missed from our normal hotel stays was the fact there was no complimentary breakfast but the pool was great

I went to interview, this hotel was a great location. Staff was very friendly.

Visited our niece at Albany Pharmacy School, Hotel was within walking distance.
