I reserved two rooms for 5/13 and 5/14/17, for my son's college graduation. Big mistake. Upon checking in I rated this well for hotel staff as staff was friendly and helpful. The whole visit went downhill from there. Coffeemaker in room, but no tray to put the coffee disc in, front desk staff said they didn't have one. One garbage in whole room. No mirror in room other than the bathroom. Two sets of towels despite reservation for three, went down for another set, no washcloths available. Hotel described as having hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage - none of which was available, only cereal, muffins, bagels and cereal bars. No fruit, no yogurt, and then no cups for coffee. Asked for more cream cheese for bagels, "Sorry, we're out". The kicker was the smoke detector: my room had wires where it should be; the one in my parents room was hanging, the window screens were ripped out, and there had clearly been leaks around the air conditioner that need to be addressed. Rooms were only barely clean. Fridge in my room was cold when I put leftovers in it in the evening, leftovers were room temp the next day. Won't be staying here again. Avoid it if at all pissible.

Disappointed in the condition of the 1st room that was giving to me. The bathroom was not cleaned from the previous stay. The second room was better but was only surface cleaned. This hotel housecleaning staff needs several lessons on cleaning technics.

Trying to be balanced and positive- I will say the staff was very accommodating and there was cable and air conditioning! The obvious blemishes of stale (moldy smoky) air in the hallway and pieces of sheet rock and other debris in the carpet of the hallway-may have been overlooked-if the room didn't have a huge hole through the wall, no latch on the door, a window that was broken in half (one part in the frame and the other half leaning against the screen, stained pillow cases, a dirty dried washcloth hanging above the tub, the ceiling fan in the bathroom hanging down, no toilet paper or rod to hang toilet paper on, one bath towel for three people, a bed frame broken and lying on the floor, keys that didn't work, and a "breakfast" that consisted of either cereal or a plain bagel.

Outside the weeds were two foot tall in flower beds, not a good appearance when first arriving at a hotel. When checking in, staff did not welcome me never got up out of her chair while waiting on me. No hairdryer in room, had to go up to front desk for it. Mold in bathroom ceiling. I'm very surprised that this hotel would be associated with Wyndham, their resorts are much better quality

No elevator. Having to walk through the dirty staircase to the room. Half of the electrical outlets don't work. Phone doesn't work - not even plugged in. Not so neatly folded towels made me think they might not be clean even though they were. Thin walls - could hear the TV from the next room for the entire night.

this motel is getting old and showing many signs of it's age. the free parking close to airport makes it desirable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok for 1 night but everything looks worn. The needed renovations would of course double the price of the accommodations - but location, location, location! I think people would still pay.

This hotel advertises as being newly renovated. This strains credulity unless newly renovated manes within my lifetime. There is nothing about this place to suggest newly renovated. The room I wan given had a broken window. The smoke detector was no longer attached to the ceiling instead it was shoved in the armoire. The desk chair was broken. The bed sheets and blanket smell like smoke and the ceiling of the bathroom was covered in rust.

When I first got there they gave me a key for a room that wasn't even clean ! The hall ways were filthy , they had trash all along , when I finally got to a clean room I could see that it wasn't that clean , the bottom sheet wasn't fitted so it kept moving and I had to fix it 4 times so I didn't have to feel the matters ! The cleaning crew was working till late hours (evening), I don't get this because they got me checking out at 10 am so you would think they will be more efficient and be done with the cleaning before checking time at 3pm , but I stayed there for the price and the airport shuttle , the breakfast was good .

Very dirty. Smelled smokey. Took 3 tries to find a room where keys would work.

The room was not cleaned well at all. The bathroom and shower had hairs on the floor and in the tub. The hot tub had enough hair to cover the drain. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was a dead bug in the microwave. They used a regular sheet instead of a fitted one on the mattress.

The hotel was old and outdated. My room was nasty. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The bed had to be as old as me.

Poorly managed place. Our room had only three things that needed to work, and none of them did: TV, heater, clock.

Not so convenient if u do not own car or if your not using the airport.

Helpful staff Lied about having flat panel t.v Inconvient if you do not have car Breakfeast could be allot better

We arrived only to get into a bickering match with the inn manager. I refused to sign knowing our room had a hot tub. I called this site, who did agree with our debate about the hot tub vs jacuzzi. The manager who was always there lurking caved and said " I'm tired just give them the room." This debate went on for almost 45 minute. We got a really great room with a weird smell. The room appeared clean but was missing towels and there was hair in the jacuzzi. We then waited for an hour more for a staff to come clean the tub. We slept in our sleeping bags. The worst part of our stay was breakfast. The creepy Inn manager slept in the dinning room so light were kept low and there was not enough food. 5 boiled eggs, and half a dozen bagels is not breakfast. No bacon, no yogurt, the muffins were kept in the back and ration out. We felt like we were in jail. Don't wake the warden for egg he will be rude and grumble under his breath. Oh bonus your less then a minute away from a juvenile detention. That's right a jail. Don't stay here. I would rather had stayed with my best friend and her new twins that cry all night then stay there again!

This hotel is the closest to the Albany Airport which is a plus. However the breakfast has lots to be desired. One day the room was closed at 9 when we were told 10 was the closing time; the "manager" replied that the breakfast ends at 9. Therefore. I did not get anything that morning. To get to any kind of business, one has to drive maybe two miles, There is no bar, restaurant etc. which if one is looking for a late night snack, you will have to drive the two miles plus. The place is near Rt. 87 and 9 and location wise it is not bad. The rate I am guessing was about 75 plus tax. I booked a package. In closing, the desk staff was friendly and the rooms were in pretty good shape. Then again, if one insists on more luxury this is not the place.

The room was clean but our GPS didn't recognize the location and when we called the hotel the desk clerk couldn't give us directions

Everything us ok, good price, recommand to friends

All good, but breakfast. Eggs were unidentifiable. Staff friendly and accomodating. Good value and a great location.

The Comfort Inn near the Albany Airport was just adequate for one night only. Rooms were small and the environment around the Inn left something to be desired.
