Paid via Expedia. Told I hadnt paid upon arrival, and that my room wasnt available. Charged AGAIN for a different room. Told it would be cheaper, it was more expensive. Trash in room, dirty washrags in shower, shower had no pressure. I've been trying for 2 days to speak to a manager, and keep getting the run around. No idea if I'm getting my refund for being double charged. Absolute joke. Avoid.
