This hotel needs a good cleaning. The volume on my TV did not work. Breakfast is horrible, stale biscuits. Staff hardly says a word to you. Far cry from the warm welcome I am used to at other Comfort Inn facilities. I will continue to stay at their hotels, but not this one.
Took our 84 YO father in a wheelchair there. It was a very nice property. Clean & comfortable bed. NICKY showed us room options & was very accommodating. Quietest night ever in a hotel.
The room was nice, sufficient. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and needed to be cleaned. And there were no grab bars in the shower space for the elderly.
Side outdoor would not latch,safety issue. Our room door had no strike plate in the door plate, also safety issue. A weeks worth or more of cigarette butts on the sidewalk outside the side door. Place needs a new house keeper and maintenance man!

This property is outdated and in desperate need of a renovation. Rooms seemed to be pretty clean but in disrepair. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and attentive but the front desk staff was not very professional.

The beds were very comfortable, so that's good news. The bad news is that the doors are not sound proof at all. There is an inch gap at the bottom of the room door to the hall and the bathroom door. We heard everything in the lobby, the hall, and the room next door. The decor is tired and has a lot of DIY look to it. The staff was very friendly and the location is very convenient.
