Parking is TERRIBLE, there was a massive amount of birds in the trees and my car was a disaster! Most of the staff was nice, some of the front desk staff was grumpy. The room was not that clean, the carpets are dirty and they were wet.

My stay was met by incorrect booking by the 3rd party with no resolution on their mistake. I had to purchase another room at more cost. The room I stayed in smelled like urine and other bad smells. The electronics were unplugged and would not work once I got them on. For nearly $400 I would say I was robbed! The birds that were out side by the 100’s were so loud I barely slept. There must be something done.

The toilet had to be manually used from the tank in the back. None of the appliances or lamps or charging stations worked. There were only 100 very basic tv shows. The light hadn’t been properly installed. The luggage carts were poorly designed. They should have paid us to stay there.

No TV box in room upon arrival, no phone chord attached to phone, ---- apparently those had been stolen previously. Maintenance man replaced both very quickly. Bath towels had stains.
