Customer service was great. They are in the midst or a remodel so there are no vending machines or dining areas. Rooms are still dated, but the lobby is really nice.
The facility is being renovated, so the lobby was quite a mess. But the room was clean.
The rooms were good and clean and a little worn. This didn’t bother us. However none of the amenities are available due to construction and renovation. They don’t tell you that on the website when you book. No exercise room, breakfast, and there are construction materials everywhere. Which isn’t a problem, just wish I knew. I think it will be absolutely stunning when finished.
Good new propert
This place should not be open. Major renovation. The staff is also very grumpy.
In over 30 years of traveling, I've never stayed anywhere with: no complementary shampoo (anywhere in the building, apparently), no ability to leave a wake-up call, no clock radio, a nonfunctioning business center, a nonfunctioning breakfast area, an abandoned pool, and with one of two elevators down. The room rate was somewhat reduced perhaps for these reasons, but they were not divulged upfront (other than the closed breakfast area). Like most, I haven't traveled all that much since the Pandemic, so maybe supply-chain and tradesmen-availability issues are relatively common nowadays. But it leads me to conclude that I'm going to stick with national chains until these economic issues smooth out...national brands MIGHT be somewhat more insulated from these issues?! They're small matters, but in an industry like hospitality their importance is obviously elevated. The room was nicely appointed (although not well insulated from what seemed like midnight soccer games occurring in the room above mine)--exactly as seen. The staff was fine. And I am one of those weird older people who doesn't use a smartphone, so that was part of the annoyance for me (wake-up issues, no way to check email). But to me it was all just a bit beyond the pale for 90-plus a night. There are other options in the area that should work better right now, so I won't be back.
One of the worst places I have stayed. Unfriendly staff, no snacks or beverages, heat worked poorly, uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Terrible place.
The hotel was great. It was on need of some repairs, but they are working on it right now.
I couldn't find the contact info for the property. I wasn't going to be able to make it, our trip had been delayed. I was unable to cancel my trip, therefore I was billed for a stay I never was able to use.
Veryclean
terrible
They were very interested in my safety and comfort.
The decor was nice and everything looked nice. But upon stay things were not great. The young front desk gentleman was not very welcoming or friendly when he had a sign on the counter saying he was away tending to duties but really sitting on the couch 5ft away on his cell phone. He saw me up there and was a bit perturbed when he had to get off his cell phone and come help me. I asked about roll away beds and he was quick and harsh to answer we don't have any with a scoff. So, apparently they don't have roll away beds so if you have a large family, this ISN'T the hotel for you. Other than that, the bed was super hard, hot tub was out of order, the hairdryer in the room was the worst I've ever used at a hotel and the bed was right up against the air conditioner so it was cold on our side of the room and warm on the other.
The staff was kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, just right for the money.
This was a good hotel for us. Quite very clean, nice people. We have traveled to many places and this was one of the best I have stayed in. I would stay here again. Good value!!
Great stay for work night. Check in staff was great! Friendly and provided assistance when needed.
Scheduled only 2 days in advance. when checking in I found that the hotel was Fully booked. Room was nice. we only stayed 1 night but this hotel would be great for an extended stay.

We are so sorry to read your review; we are working tirelessly to bring the hotel a new look, and unfortunately, there are some hurdles to overcome as we renovate.
