“Less is More” and this is true of Innside Aachen Hotel! Helpful, courteous and friendly staff, very clean modern rooms; and I loved the fact that within 10-15 minutes walking I could be at the Aachener Dom or Marktplatz or Elisenbrunnen.....in addition the hotel general manager was visible and interacted ...

Pool was not available during our stay, due to maintenance. Pool maintenance of this nature should be done outside of peak holiday time.

This hotel is convinient for the guest to get to the central train station, less than 10 min away by tax with about 7 Euro. And also easily accessible to the city center and downtown streets by walk.

Plus: Hotel is a short (2-block) walk to the Charlemagne museum (highly recommended) and Aachen cathedral (English tour at 2 PM). Room has temperature and fan controls. Minus: Hotel signage outside is tiny -- almost invisible from the street. No space in front to park. No info on nearby parking garages ...
