This hotel was very average hence the three star review. The rooms were very tidy and clean however, several aspects let it down. When we turned up to book in at 3pm we were greeted with the longest check in line I have see at a hotel. We proceeded to wait in the bar area with others to see if it went down but it didn't got a good 40 minutes so we ended up getting in the queue. At that point no one was servicing the bar which was a shame as I am sure they would have served a lot of people. We requested a cot bed before arrival and this was not prepared when we arrived. We then were told they would set this up in the room later before we returned. Having gone out for the full day we returned at 10pm to find no cot bed set up. They did resolve this swiftly after raising again. All in all it wasn't the best Premier Inn experience. The rooms are quite small especially given ours was a family room and we had very little space to move around in with a cot and a pram.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not pleasant. The bar staff behaved in an inappropriate and uncomfortable manner toward female guests, which is unacceptable in a professional hospitality environment. In addition, the breakfast quality was poor, as there was an unpleasant smell from the plates and cups, raising concerns about cleanliness. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service and hygiene.

Excellent location. Clean and tidy room. Compact but had everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was ok but expensive although kids eat for free I believe. Go to Galeria Kaufhof for breakfast from 10am. Short walk to 2 metro stations. Would stay here again.

Staff were incredibly short, sharp and rude to all customers who were in line waiting to check in, got checked into our "family" room which was that small we had nowhere to store suitcases and couldn't walk in the room without stepping sideways next to a wall. Pillows were as flat as pancakes, went to reception to ask for extra and it was way harder to get extra pillows than it needed to be. Hopped in the shower and was full of black mold.
