The overall experience was very positive: friendly staff, central location and a very elaborate breakfast buffet. I just want to convey that I would not recommend room 031: it is right above the employee smoker zone AND the loading dock for goods and services. Noise, and nicotine and diesel smell start early. Note that the room itself was clean and spacious. But it should not be used for guests who appreciate their health and would like to sleep in. Again, this did not disrupt our overall experience of the hotel and Aachen.

Great 3 night stay.

We arrived early and the friendly front of house staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were checked in and supplied with a cot very quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a free (nonalcoholic) mini bar which was restocked each day, that was a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment. Handy onsite parking, although expensive for guests. Bed was large and comfortable - overall very happy.

A nice, modern, well maintained, basic hotel in a convenient part of Aachen, easily walkable to the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. A pleasant, if small, restaurant and bar on the top floor.

We were here for a wedding and I chose the hotel for its proximity to the wedding venues (though I was a little scared that I was not reading the maps properly). We were close to the three venues but we did get a taxi to the last venue because of new shoes! The hotel was wonderful. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good and the breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were wonderful so all in all a very good choice. I also loved all the paintings throughout the hotel. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

The Hotel is great but maybe understaffed. Long wait at arrival. No roomservice available, due to hotel information, it says that roomservice should be open until 2200 hrs. I, called at 1930 hrs.
