"We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights and certainly will be promoting Urban Loft Cologne to our family & friends. It is very convenient to city centre & train station. The facility of access to free water & the security of the place also ranked very high with us, especially the room key working in the lift. (this was a new experience to us). Breakfast was of a high standard too. We loved the decor of the place, making it very relaxing. One suggested addition to the room could be a phone with access to reception in case of an emergency. "Had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. Lovely welcome from check in staff and given lots of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Hotel lobby is impressive, superior double room was spacious, clean and aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful and you can order different eggs/bacon from the waitress. My only very small gripe would be that the toaster took ages so put your toast on whilst you enjoy some cereal! The lifts were mentioned in alot of other reviews, to be honest it would be better if all 3 were working but we never had long to wait and we were on holiday so not in a hurry to get anywhere. Central location right by lots of bars/ restaurants and a very short walk to the Rhine. Loved our visit to the hotel and to Cologne, we will be back to visit you both again"
