"The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard. Also I noticed what appeared to be mildew stains on the walls and ceiling of the shower, along with rusting of the sprinkler head in the bathroom. I would have asked for a new room but the hotel was full. Other than the room condition, the property is a great place to stay. "

Dining was a highlight: from fresh seafood by the pool to fine dining at Perla, every meal felt like a new experience. And yes, the piña colada at the lobby bar is a must 🍹. The amenities are unmatched — infinity pools that blend into the ocean, stylish cabanas, and a vibe that shifts from relaxed sunshine to nightlife energy once the DJ kicks in. Located in Condado, you’re steps from beaches, shopping, and Puerto Rico’s best nightlife. ⭐ La Concha is perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers who want style, fun, and oceanfront relaxation all in one.
