Easy parking, properly clean only issue no cable for the whole 2nd night and now towels other than that awesome place stay

I travel to Muncie Indiana to see my granddaughter we always stay in a hotel that has a swimming pool. The pool area was under construction it’s good there doing renovations and the breakfast was ok but not what the website showed if I would have known all of this I wouldn’t have stayed they should ...

The shower faucet was broken, which affected the shower spigot. The door in the bathroom was falling off the hinges. The beds were also very uncomfortable.

Very clean and nice room. Staff was pretty unavailable and seemed to be busy doing a lot so they were not as attentive at the front desk.. (at least not on weekend 1st shift) Went to get coffee and breakfast half hour after it started and everything was wiped out. Took the staff awhile to refill ...

No elevator. Vending only takes cash. I got in at 3 AM. Check is was totally fine. I woke up at 9 and asked for a late checkout and she said, I could stay till noon when I got up to get ready. I went to use the hairdryer, and it went bright red and sparked and shut off, I called the front desk from ...

They could had more option for breakfast but the stay was great

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk!

I was in communication with the hotel for two weeks about coming and having a little party for our adoption, they advertise an indoor pool but then when there’s weather outside, they wanted to close the pool for thunder so if it’s not truly indoor, they need to disclose that. Rooms super clean , other areas such as hallways could use some updates, staff was awesome!! Great staff! And great breakfast! Richard cooked eggs to order! Wife just loved that!

The facility was very clean.

Room and bathroom very clean, Nearly all staff were both knowledgeable and helpful. Good breakfast, clean area and many choices. (try the yogurt-great) Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Felt safe.
