Room card didn’t work very well in lock. Everything else was very good.
When we arrived at 10 pm to check in, we weren’t greeted with a hello. It was a curt, “Do you have a reservation?” The whole check in proceeded this way. I said thank you when she handed my drivers license back, etc— but she never once said anything halfway pleasant. She might’ve been tired, but it’s nice to feel welcomed — and we seemed like more of an inconvenience than anything!
Stayed one night due to daughter' s gymnastics competition nearby. Very pleased with the accommodations and staff. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.
Most importantly, the hotel is clean. The rooms are large and hotel is relatively updated. They upgraded us to a room with a jetted tub, and the tub didn't work. A little disappointed, but in the end, it was fine. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was a good continental breakfast. We'll be back.
This hotel was perfect for our stay. It's located conveniently next to I-69 and it has various restaurants near it including Cracker Barrel and Stabucks. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was great. The only thing I would of changed was the location of the room. Our room was on the first floor and starting at around 7:00am doors would slam and people would be stomping on the floor above us.
This hotel was very nice. The pool was small.There was a line to check in. Overall the hotel was very nice.
The room was gross and we ended up cancelling the redtnof our reservation and booking elsewhere. Carpet looks a thousand years old. The bathroom was falling apart. Yuck!
