Our family recently stayed at the Best Western in Gas City and we quickly wished we had made reservations at a different hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not have a hot shower for the entire visit. The water was warm, but not hot. Also, the breakfast on all three mornings was not stocked and several items were missing. We will not be staying here again.

We were supposed to have 2 queens and had 2 full or at least very small queens. The rooms were ok but the beds felt uncomfortable. We waited for a bit before anyone came to the front desk to check us in. We went to breakfast at 845 and it was empty. We ended up going and finding breakfast elsewhere. Overall an ok quick stay but lacks comforts.

Booked 3 rooms for my husband's graduation. Woke up at midnight to bed bugs. All 3 rooms had them. We left in the middle of the night. The front desk guy said he required proof.. after many pictures and a video he refunded 1 room. The next day the Hotel manager made sure we were refunded fully. The Hotel was Convenient to the college and the lobby clean. The rooms were not the cleanest but the bed bugs were a deal breaker for us. We will not be back.

I wish there was a creamer option for the coffee other than French vanilla creamer. No half and half or any other options for creamer. Even a powdered creamer would have been better than nothing. People with animals did not clean up after them outside in the grass out back of building.
