The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, the front desk clerks were very nice.

Hotel was welcoming. It was clean very attractive. The staff was friendly and coffee was available before 6 am inbreakfast area, which is a nice large area with tv and newspaper handy.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times while I visited relatives and carried out research in Richmond. I return because it is the best hotel in town. It has an excellent (and complimentary) breakfast with many choices of hot and cold foods. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Cleaning staff is very attentive, as is the reception staff. The rooms are quiet since hotel is located some distance (about a block) from main roads and have black-out curtains to control lights from outside.

Friendly staff with a clean and comfortable room. Hot breakfast in the morning was a good way to start the day.

About an hour away from Indianapolis, a hotel in Richmond, IN was convenient and much cheaper than staying in Indy after the BigTen football championships (Go Bucks!). Didn't get to use any amenities because of our very late arrival, but they all looked in great shape. Breakfast was typical to what you'd expect. Nothing fancy or really good, but a nice variety and a very comfortable eating area (we sat on a couch in front of the working fireplace). Price might have been increased because of the number of fans staying overnight.

In for the Big 10 Championship Game. Great Location Friendly helpful staff The increase in the rate for game night was insane 399? Indy?

A well managed, well maintained place to spend a few days in Richmond, Indiana.

Absolutely outstanding experience at this hotel! Friendly, exemplary customer service (a very rare treat these days), large, clean and comfortable rooms, very nice beds, and a great pool and lounge area. The staff greeted us like we were VIP customers, made sure we had some coffee and tea, and even came to find us in the pool room to offer us fresh chocolate chip cookies when they were made. I was stunned by how nice everyone was, and the hotel is actually quite beautiful inside. I'm usually unimpressed with hotels and find them to be worse than rated, but this one truly does deserve 5 stars!

no problems at all, easly check in / out, nice business center

It was a great stop for our family who have been on the road for 10+ hours. We needed a good night sleep. Our 2 young kids enjoy the animities especially the hot breakfast bar. I'm a light sleeper and I forgot to request a room away from the elevator so my sleep was interrupted by loud conversation in the hall at 1:40 am. The hall noise carries a bit but overall it was a pleasant stay. We will reserve this hotel again next year!
