The hotel was satisfactory however checking in was a nightmare. I had already paid for the room through Expedia but was charged again for the room at checkin. Clerk was very untrained. She could not understand that I had already paid and did not need to charge me again. She phoned her manager who said the charge would be reversed within 20 minutes. Still not removed the next day. Spoke w a different clerk who was very helpful and said she had reversed the charges and I would see that refund in my credit card in approx 5 days. Was also told that the 1st clerk had checked me in with a large crowd staying there which we were not a part of. Saying all that to say this, watch your charges.

The bed was amazing. Fall asleep quickly. Cozy room. Nice staff. Room was neat and clean but bathroom was really small. But we only stay for one night. Thanks!

Great staff/ horrible room/ total rip off!

Staff was fantastic! The room was dated. Pillows were as thin as crackers so I had to go to Walmart to by appropriate pillows. The mattress was super thin and not at all comfortable. I paid $ $128 a night for 3 nights! It was a freaking rip off!

Pretty nice place

Hotel is well kept. For the most part clean. In some places you can tell it is on the older side, but for the price, it is really good. The beds are a little hard for my comfort. The breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

The only negative thing I could say is that our TV didn’t work but we didn’t really stay long enough to watch it. Just a quick overnight stay. Very clean and friendly service. Beds were really comfortable!

This hotel was exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, and staff was very nice. The area is nothing special or exciting. But the place feels safe and there are many fun things to do and great little restaurants in Connersville. Would stay here again anytime!
