A little bare for the price.i had a coupon but there was a convention in town No refrigerator but toast and coffee for breakfast. I was a bit put off that the toilet had no seat cover as bathroom was small and there was no place for towel and pjs without fear of falling in the toilet. It was quiet so I might stay again for the lower price. Friendly!

Hotel of choice when we come to Richmond. Giving 3star because it's a little dated and room was HOT even with air conditioner running but very clean Need to clean bathroom exhaust fan and filters in air conditioner. Also would be nice if they offered more rooms with a full kitchen. It gets old trying to buy microwavable food. It gets expensive to eat out everyday so sometimes we like to eat in the hotel

Make a reason to visit Richmond’s hidden Gem of a restaurant, you won’t regret it. It’s off the beaten path, but the charming INN is a dinner experience you won’t easily forget. Excellent service, menu and atmosphere, every room is its own unique dining experience.

Horrible stay. I was checked into a room with two beds, both sunken in the middle. The toilet had a dirty ring around the bowl. The door would get stuck coming in and trying to get out of the room and the remote to the TV would not work on 1st, 2nd, 3rd attempt. It was like you had to find a connection spot to just turn the TV on. After the 1st night waking up with a sore back I notified the front desk they never got back or left a msg. On second night we got locked in room and couldn't get TV on. Called front desk. Tech came out and told me they had approved my move. It was 11:30 at night. The next day I packed up all of our stuff and moved to try & get 1 decent night sleep. I was waiting for my grandaughter to wake up and management locked me out of the 1st room in the middle of the move! Then said to me "You were supposed to be out by noon." poor service, shabby rooms, dirty, and totally stressed what could have been a stress free vacation.

Nice, clean, safe, inexpensive place to stay. It was very late as we were traveling on I-70 and we were glad to find this hotel. It's a few miles off I-70, but worth the drive for the savings. The room was clean and well maintained. The night attendant was very friendly. It was a quiet, safe place. We travel this route a few times each year and I'm glad we found this place for the price and convenience.

Shabby room, dirty fingerprints on lights, fridge, microwave. Had table tent advertising pizza next door....yuk, even had a hair stuck on it! A power strip glued to tv stand with everything plugged into it, a makeshift heater in bathroom. Could hear every step the ppl above us made, and the beds had a strange odor. If we weren't so tired, and I didn't have sanitizer... would have looked elsewhere!

Not much to rave about on this one but it was adequate for an overnight stay on our way back east. Fairly clean and beds were comfortable but no real frills. Would probably stay here again if coming through the area.

This was a good overnighter for us. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. No breakfast. We hit the nearby golden arches. Nothing to write home about, but we would use this hotel again for an overnight.

It was fine. Just a basic motel. I got the impression that it isn't in a good area. There is a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room, but nothing is served in the lobby and the lobby is not open all night or early in the morning. It was modestly priced though.

Budget motel. Room clean and had updates. Only real problems the tub was filthy and lights on timers and would go out automatically. Check staff very friendly. Do not expect any kind of breakfast, not available. Rooms have microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee maker. That is a nice addition. Also, another pleasant thing they had DirecTV.
