At the front desk, associate Gail & the other old lady were terrible! FIRST OF ALL, they did not smile! Where is the aloha?! You guys are representing Hawaiian Airlines! I was assisted by both associates in the morning of Feb 15 & they had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They gave me both so much attitude, their tone was really disgusting, & they gave us a hard time. I was trying to assist my three grandmothers who can’t speak English, who have leg problems SO THEY CANT WALK FAR, but Gail made me call my grandmother to walk over to us just so she can see her?! I had her passport & confirmation number! & I told her she was there. Besides all the rudeness, there was a long line, I can literally hear the people waiting behind me complain. It takes 1 hour to help a customer? Wow. Please change the front desk workers!
