The hotel is okay. Does not have a microwave. It’s located in a strategic area. Near the beach, shopping, food, local shops. Definitely a good place to stay in kona.

Our experience at pacific 19 was average. The partial ocean view was ok, staff was ok, I paid extra for the mai Thai upgrade and didn’t receive it, so I’m hoping I wasn’t charged twice for using the ingredients at the mini bar. That aspect was nice. Room was nice but a bit small, bathroom super cramped. Wish the balcony was private as there was someone smoking nearby and while having the doors open it was a lot of smoke.

Clearly used to be a crack hotel that someone bought and spent some money on cute furniture and decore. Proximity to town and things to do was nice.

Nice place in Kona

An inexpensive place to stay in Kona. The lobby and pool are lovely, the hallways are dank, and the rooms were small but clean. The air mattress they provided had deflated after about three hours. Noise from the pool was a bit of a disruption in the evening.

Not what I was expecting.

The pictures of this property are incredible, however in person, not so much. It felt like a "one step up" from a motel. The hotel seems to be very out dated from what I am used to, and just did not feel comfortable to me personally. The also had practically no parking. I had to "make my own spot" and pray I didn't have a parking ticket or my rental towed upon waking up.
